Microsoft Agreement:

Combining Microsoft's cloud and AI services with Capita's operational customer and delivery know-how, the agreement will include the use of generative AI to support agents, increasing productivity and efficiency. Clients can expect faster service delivery turnaround times, improved accuracy, and a smoother end-to-end experience for them and their customers.

This will all help drive the sp up where it should be imo

Exciting times ahead

We’ve seen the negative comments here blown out of the water as news lands and sp reacts - taking us back to circa 21.5p so far.

I understand that traders want to re-focus on negatives to try and get their best re-entry price

But I’m happy that this will continue to provide positive updates and given how undervalued I consider this to be I see lots of headroom for sp growth

Well I don’t think the BOD & family bought believing anything but we’re making good progress

US basically flat. Nasdaq down a bit, S&P 500 basically flat, Dow up slightly

I didn’t say his views were not valid- I don’t say that about anyone

I’m just highlighting that people become more concerned after selling it seems

Josey you posted at 15p that you were worried this could drop further- whilst others were highlighting what a great opportunity it was.

Obviously it didn’t go lower and went up infact

Between then and now you actually bought and sold at 21p - so you saw the opportunity too it seems

Well we moved from 20p’s to 40p’s earlier this year and I don’t see why that should not be possible again, hopefully with some good updates we can get back there as a starter

I’m targeting a sp of 60p + over the next 12 to 18 months

Then upto £1 over the next 2 to 3 years

Then definitely upwards of £1 after that plus dividends

They are my personal targets I’m hoping to achieve

Obviously if they happen sooner, then great

Yes, sorry, grow revenues by 1.5 billion over the medium term

But as you say, even growing margins to 6% on current revenues would be a massive lift

As I said, getting this progressed before he arrives helps to provide something of a clean slate to move forward with I think

If Capita can grow revenues to say 1.5 billion and achieve the 6% profit margins being targeted then this could justify somewhere around a 2 to 3 billion mcap which would be multiples of current mcap and a share price heading well above a £1 - given the sp was circa £1.60 before the pandemic hit its not an unreasonable target imo in the medium term

Well we have Adolfo taking over as CEO on 17 January and given there’s only 1 disposal left to complete and the redundancy cost cutting measures are commenced he’s getting something of a clean slate to build from

I’m sure he has lots of ideas to move things forward and start the next phase of business

We are already winning new contracts and retaining customers so that’s a big plus already

He can look to improve on delivery and further implement AI and digital strategies and also, more importantly to us all, really grow the share price and look at when dividends can re start

I’m confident that there is now the makings of a revitalised company here that can really start to grow
