I’m expecting negative posts whatever it says from traders jockeying for positions so could be choppy, but I have full confidence in our direction of travel and see us ultimately going from strength to strength I believe

Always worth a reminder that this has lots of potential headroom for BIG rises from here imo:

Shore Capital have moved to a BUY recommendation and set initial 30p target

RBC are on overweight recommendation increased to 50p

Peel Hunt are on a BUY rating 48p

Citi are on a neutral rating of 28p

Barclay’s are on an overweight rating of 50p

In a recent note, Barclays agreed with Speakman that the firm is in a much stronger position.

“Overall Capita remains on an improving trajectory, with clearer signs of operational improvement and encouraging bid momentum,” it said.

Barclay’s have an OVERWEIGHT recommendation with a 40p initial fair value target (which we hit earlier this year)

I see their is also talk of takeover bids after full year results

After full year results this year we rallied from circa 28p to around 44p - so any takeover bids would need to be a lot higher than that imo

We all know that off the back of full year results earlier this year this went on a run from circa 28p to circa 43 / 44p

Since then we’ve won new contracts and completed the sale of non core business - reducing debt even further

So not really seeing what will stop this heading back to the 40p’s ?

Things have only continued in terms of progress since then

Great opportunity imo

Recent takeaways as I see:

Winning contracts

Customers returning

Collaboration agreement with Microsoft

Non core disposals completed

Debt reduced

New CEO with great track record

There’s more, but I think that’s enough for now

Guess the BOD and family members who bought here not feeling to concerned about anything coming up

When the BOD actually purchased shares directly they were BUYing circa £100k plus of shares each

Markets tend to look forwards rather than backwards

I think there’s a lot going forward that will be very positive

That’s why this will be a great opportunity from these levels

Yes it’s been messy & a difficult journey

But I feel that will all start to disappear in the rear view mirror

Capita has sold off non core businesses and reduced its debt significantly to a manageable size.

It now has a core business with revenues around 3 billion a year that it can focus on.

The sales of non core businesses brought in a lot of cash and I believe those businesses will do well with their new companies.

As was posted earlier having a business with reliable £3 billion a year revenues and customers that both renew and return because they can’t get the level of service we provide elsewhere is the heavy lifting. We have somewhat of a moat in that regard.

We have multi year contracts with reliable revenues. Now, we have to use that position to cut costs and boost profitability.

We have already started cutting costs and embracing AI will reduce costs further. That’s why the collaboration with Microsoft is important.

Our new CEO is the right man to take all this forwards and take us to the next level

All of this is why this is such a unique opportunity

I also think it’s possible it could test 40p / 50p in months - we’ve seen those levels already earlier this year

There’s lots of possibilities here

For what it’s worth I think the sp will double, probably triple from here in the next 12 to 18 months

I think beyond 2 years it could 5 bag

I believe we will go back above £1

Let’s see

AM you told everyone not to BUY at 15.5p because 14p was coming, it’s since risen 33% so far

Credibility seems low imo

It’s good to see further progress and updates here.

Disposals programme now completed & funds will further reduce balance of debt, which along with improving free cash could see dividends reinstated at some point

All very positive imo
