In summary, the trend is our friend.
That is all you we need to know and its looking great for a long profitable future.
Word gets around when there is a great product that is cheap and boosts an ever growing variety of crops yields. Importantly the product is much more environmentally friendly (soil and atmosphere!) than expensive imported alternatives, so the authorities should be supportive.
This is what a modern company should be. It is now creating value for customers and investors alike.

The Japanese/Asian update on Friday was very positive. In fact a masterstroke.
The FSP for Monchetundra and WK is still very much alive, that is made crystal clear in the RNS. This JV is being advanced "concurrently".
The previous announcement or the JV with Rosgeo was another massive bunch of feathers in our cap, and I'm tickled pink. (an extra 105M Oz Pt equiv 75% JV).
The way I look at it is by imagining EUA were just developing the company and we were not depending or looking for an asset sale. In this scenario anyone could see that this Japanese connection answers the questions that some have regarding, how can little Eurasia possibly advance these massive assets to production. Well the answer is there for all to see and it is spectacular. The board have made all the right moves yet again.
Now back to the FSP. Lets say the negotiations were not going our way and we wanted more. We do not need to say "please sir we would like some more" and while you are at it "could you please help us out with our other gigantic portfolio".
We now hold all the aces in the negotiations and the potential suiters know this. They now know it is a reality that we can develop this treasure chest ourselves and I can say for the first time that this option is starting to look just as good or even better than the FSP conclusion we have been eagerly waiting for.
True, it may take longer to hit the really high share price of multiple £'s but with such world class plans I would be prepared to wait.
Do not forget "binding offers are being progressed".
Good times ahead no matter what option the good ship Eurasia takes going forward.
One final thought. How many small companies have the 75% portion of a JV with world class entities such as Rosgeo? I think the answer is none!.
There is no way the Russian government would have given all this responsibility to Eurasia without knowing that they were the real deal and plans were already in place to ensure these assets were going to be developed in a timely manner.

T1995,
I think your last post is spot on.
I see the risk profile for this company in a very similar way.
The decisions from management in the last few years have progressed the company with a long term goal for a sustainable business in mind.
We are now at the sweet spot and I think the market will slowly waken up. It is clear that we are not a hyped up stock. All you need to do is look at the daily share transactions. Not many investors realise the great potential.
I bought into this company after watching the Crux Interview last year and have not been disappointed with what the company has done since then. In fact I've been impressed.
Clearly COVID has been an issue. However, despite this serious problem we have never been in a better position in terms of upside potential based on steadily increasing sales.
Going back to the Crux interview. Mark Heyhoe was probably most criticised for his omission of a sales target.
I like the interviewer very much (Matt). However on this occasion, I thought Mark Heyhoe was correct to keep the internal targets to himself. He explained that this was based on independent advice, and it would be wrong to speculate.
This makes the improving targets for sales more credible now. I am very happy to hold for a long time and believe we are going to go from strength to strength and the trends support this.

As CAW1 points out in an earlier post (see 19:40)
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/EUA/board-changes-f91pk9lukr0kgua.html
As far as I am concerned this RNS is the smoking gun.
Even inspector Clouseau would come to the conclusion that Le sale was as good as in Le bag as early as Sep 2020.
Non binding offers would almost certainly have been the catalyst to make such strategic changes to the board.
I do not think it could be any more obvious that the board were at the beginning of converting non-binding offers to binding. (Dmitry-M&A Officer- we have a clue).
Everything that has happened since has been consistent with the process. All the plans that Dmitry talked about in the October 2019 Proactive interview have materialised. Think of the Flanks, WK DFS and the 40M plus Palladium equivalent Mega bonus(Rosgeo JV-we now know).
UBS, Citic, VTB and finally DLA Piper. The best in the world.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_YMY6yiMDE
Very important @ 11:10 we now know Dmitry was talking about the birth of the Rosgeo JV.
The deal is complicated: Yes, that is why it has took time.
The deal is massive: IMO Yes, in an understated tone.
Finally I think the inspector knows Tilly!
Clouseau: Do you have a REUM?
Inn Keeper: I do not know what a REUM iz!
Clouseau: Zimma
Inn Keeper: Ahhh.. a RRRUUUMMM!
Clouseau: That is what I have been saying you idiot! REUM!
GLA Sharegar (Red Reum for me).
Montmuzard,
You do not need to be sorry about a great post! (@11:39)
The extra information you have added gave the tweet context and reassures your fellow investors what the potential value of this company has to a buyer and it is MEGA x MASSIVE x SIZABLE.

Thanks Trift8082,
I was wondering if this makes sense.
All companies will be aware that people are probably rushing to fill their ISA at the start of a tax year.
So does that mean that it was always unlikely that APR 6th was unlikely for a conclusion to something as big as an FSP.
Maybe next Monday at the earliest? That would allow investors to reposition their portfolios.
GLA Sharegar.
Another nice touch that shows the management are continuing to show what a professional and environmentally friendly company we are.
This should appeal to customers and investors alike.
GLA Sharegar.
Trift8082 brings up an interesting point, Regarding Ian's conversation with the Halifax guy.
(I think you were only joking BTW).
As verbs the difference between persuade and advise
is that persuade is to successfully convince (someone) to agree to, accept, or do something, usually through reasoning and verbal influence compare sway while advise is to give advice to; to offer an opinion, as worthy or expedient to be followed.
So I would conclude that Ian was careful in his wording and that is why he said "persuaded".
It was not advice and therefore Ok.

It has been a quite long time since Leon was interviewed on Crux Investor.
I think investors would be very impressed when they hear how our story has progressed and I'm sure Leon would have plenty of interesting thins to say about our future plans.
The original interviews are linked below. I highly recommend all of these interviews as essential research for new investors.

No matter how close we are.
It would be nice to see an updated company presentation that includes details of the recent Rosgeo JV..
I still have my original EUA presentation (from 2019) that showed we had only 2MOz Pd equivalent under our control.
Now that we have >50 Million Oz Palladium equiv (or >130M Platinum equiv). I think that would make a very nice contrast and also make it clear and obvious to new investors that there is still a great opportunity to invest.
GLA Sharegar.
I like the short and long term prospects for Emmerson and I am now onboard.
I have already been rewarded with an other Moroccan investment in the mining sector.
Aya Gold and Silver (AYA.TSX). I still hold.
The Moroccan government look to be serious about the mining sector and I believe this will be helpful for Emmerson in getting all the relevant permits in place and therefore funding should also follow swiftly, for such an excellent project.
I hope to add more if funds become available.
The company presentation is excellent and really highlights unique advantages that we have in other strategic areas that have massive impact on costs (in our favour).

bopd,
Our heads in the sand?
bopd, you are going into a freshly prepared luxury green box. Your sound waves will forever bounce off four walls, and your ears will eventually surrender.
Good bye Mr negative. Good buy Harvest Minerals.
GLA genuine investors Sharegar.
EeyoreWaysIs,
I am new to this share myself, but think there is enough information to say the risk/reward is very much in Arc holders favour.
This Investor call in February was very useful in convincing me that my decision to invest would work out very well.
Patience may be required and I'm ok with that.

My money is on an RNS at the end of the day 5pm.
Maybe 7am on Tuesday before trading is also possible.
Either way I think it will either confirm the funding and hopefully at worst will more or less confirm funding but another small delay is required to get all paperwork in order.
Harry has been very sure of himself on this subject very recently and his reputation is on the line. Sure, not for the first time.
If he comes up trumps. All the past will be quickly forgotten and he will be treated like the star striker of your favourite football team.
When it is finally binding I expect the SP to trend up quickly because the delays have been a drag ( and deservedly so) on the SP for a very long time. The potential going forward is tremendous and I believe we are on the cusp of a new era for this company.
The Saudi Copper is also tremendously exciting and could also be a company maker considering the potential for adding more and more Cu/Au.
Keep the faith and let us see where we are in 2-5 years from now.
C'mon Dirty Harry...….Make my day!
GLA Sharegar.
I think it is a good time to reflect on how far this company has come since I first invested in the summer of 2019.
Back then I thought I was buying into an undervalued under the radar 2M Oz Pd Equiv company.
Fast forward to now. The change is awesome.
We now control >50M Oz Pd (equiv). Vast majority open pit and expected to be low cost.
How much more can we control?: Ask Dmitry or Christian.
All the other magnificent progress that has been made along the way, too much to list in one post.
We have our very own "Bushfield" complex. There should be no doubt about that after the brilliant RNS on Friday.
So whatever happens in the FSP, I say thanks very much to the superb EUA Management and also a big thank you to the positive and truthful posters. You do make a difference.
It is a badge of honour for our top guys and Galls that are targeted by the bots. Keep up the great work.
GLA Sharegar.
Yes, I think some people deserve to be filtered and forgotten about.
Certainly, It is not a problem if someone is critical and are being fair or constructive about it.
There has been some really good information posted on this board of late.
Thanks to all you genuine people who make the effort. It is greatly appreciated and it makes it a bit easier to monitor investments when you are given nuggets of information.
GLA Sharegar.
I think it might be an idea to filter the likes of smalleyus.
He/she obviously not here for the benefit of this board or Harvest.
Nothing wrong with the long term prospects of Harvest. Multi bagger comes to mind.
Progress on all fronts has been positive and consistent. The market will eventually catch up, but in the meantime it is an opportunity to top up and take advantage of the cheap SP.
GLA DYOR Sharegar.
Troajan,
Please, keep the horse jokes to a minimum. I am a bit sensitive about my long face and all that.
Seriously, bought in just over a week ago. I am thinking this will either be a very good JV with AA or a buyout taking us to a minimum of 20p upwards.
Not had enough time to do serious research but after watching a few videos thought this was a no brainer.
Might take a bit longer than people think (EUA-I still hold) but I'm guessing the longer the wait the better it will be.
Just have to put up with some phycology from the MM's.
What would be the general consensus of a sale SP be from the seasoned and genuine holders be?
