What about in service damage? How can RR know without operator reporting?

The spares for all OEM’s are almost zero for most projects, but robbing from production (which RR could do), should avoid AOG.

If the total care package is not able to supply the parts required at the correct FC/FH then there is indeed an issue.

For the total care package, the operator has to report defects and issues to RR… if the operator does not report anything, then they will have to wait for the parts!

Unless AOG, it is common for spares to be 180 days from order to delivery.

The BA/Virgin parts supply issues are their problems!

Their procurement and spares departments should have tried harder!

I think the bigger question is why is it always BA which has these issues?
