Then I guess they are leaving it to the absolute last minute they can do so as we all know if they release a trading update showing growth ahead of forecast the mud slingers will be out with their pitch forks in the masses.

I suspect they are waiting on results on 15th so they can then release an RNS the day after stating some insight on the findings, solutions and the trading update together so they can word it to try and prevent any bad press coming from it.

Steve but they never released such updates in previous years when they had more than 10% growth, so why would they do so now?

This may drop to 290 even 280 next week however I do believe any under 290 is extremely unlikely as 295 has such tremendous support and the PI's in this share now are pretty battle-hardened, still here after all the mud slinging.

Just bear this in mind the report on 30th could talk about following and no doubt will:
- Projected YOY growth of 25% smashed, we achieved 48%
- New factory is on target and set to open soon
- We made the following acquisitions from the funds raised earlier in the year
- Investigation report discovered that from the close to 1000 suppliers we use locally, less than 20 were considered a problem and only a handful remain open which we have now ceased trading with and we have also arranged a compensation package for any staff working at those companies as we only want ethical suppliers and we absolutely support and look after our supply chain.
- To prevent any future issues of underpaid workers, slavery we are implementing the following checklist for new suppliers and will be checking current suppliers yearly to ensure all is well and with the opening of our new factory we will have much better control and total control to ensure slavery is totaly stamped out.
- Our social media had record growths during lock down and we believe any future lock downs clearly has no effect on our business and has only accelerated our growth plans due to an online boom being created.

All the above is possible, it is also not possible but if we get something like the above, great growth, new factory, slavery issues resolved and sorted, new aquisitions then needless to say £4 is an absolute doddle it would more likely challenge £4.50-£5 levels.

Shadowfall are doing their job, they are shorting Boohoo and as such of course are gonna throw as much mud as they can, the fact they are really trying so hard tells me something very clear.

Shadowfall are absolutely ****ting themselves about their short and so trying to cause as much fear as they can so they can exit and not get burnt too much.

Do not let any shorter or MM scare you off, Boohoo is run by professionals who are ethical and want global growth and domination, they would never risk that for the sake of saving a few quid.

Yeah NEX will look after us all the next three months might be a bit up and down though in short term we might see a small boost with interim results next month and a potential CEO announcement anytime.

Agreed six months and later this share from these levels could be 100% up its a great investment opportunity as it has fantastic fundamentals and is still close to its bottom.

It’s fair to say an RNS staying better than forecasted sales will cause damage as press will use it to mix a whole new load of stories about slave workers being used to increase profits etc which would be further damaging to Boohoo but at same time money always wins and cash is king

So much confusion about RNS guess we may get one and we may not.

Maybe BOD is resisting as much as possible because press will use an RNS stating epic sales to push slavery more and BOD want to wait for results so they can release the great sales, factory and maybe more acquisitions whilst also stamping out slavery and shutting up the press so the SP can work on that 600p target

I’m feeling we won’t get an RNS then and though technically we should due to investigation but it seems an RNS is only needed if the BOD think findings will have a negative impact.

This says to me the BOD know the investigation won’t reveal anything and they can put a positive spin on slavery and use it well to boost SP price and hence them saying back in July that the findings will come with results on 30th

In short were in for amazing news and results!

This is good so no RNS means sales could be up massively or as per expectations.

An RNS will only come then if sales are below forecast or the investigation results.

Agreed if my average was under 250 I’d have sold quite a few too as profits are not profits until you sell.

I’m sitting at 294p average at moment and 15,000 shares I’ll only add more though now if it dropped back towards 280p as otherwise I like to keep a fund available for day trading and other opportunities as made good money on AML today selling at 62p and back in at 57p and selling more at 60p

I’m also in NEX and it’s behaving just like BOO and stuck in a range and like BOO is massively over sold.

Why are we expecting an RNS soon?

Not seen this do they sell off at same price each day?

Still makes no sense why any would be selling as the company will only grow expand and solve any issues.

Boohoo themselves stated they get the report 15th and it would be included with their results on 30th.

Their business is likely vastly up on forecast also but still no RNS

Maybe we can end the week above 120p or will it slip back to 115p levels

Agreed but why when they are so well positioned and so heavily oversold?

That would be a disaster as gives the press a whole weekend to make up stories about Boohoo taking advantage of slave labour and nullifying how good the RNS is.

Absolutely needs to be a 7am RNS like they normally do.

Well results are what 14 working days away, that means the next 7 days or so could see it hover in this range, maybe even close 1-2 lower each day, so maybe around 290 is a possibility next week.

Of course it is just 14 days away,, so the price could just stay here, it could also go up 1-2p a day next week too and though were now all doubting any updates will come, there could still be an RNS any day possibly.

COVID is not bad for BOOHOO though, if anything it is a positive as it means more business shifts to ONLINE which BOOHOO excel at and is the reason for the ONLINE boom in the last six months this year.
