getting in just read the opening page of the news section of the website. then read the interim results. just the opening page tells of award win, landmark achievements and massive growth.http://www.systemc.com/news/ then read the client list and partners http://www.systemc.com/clients-and-partners/clients.html then read this The company is also heavily involved in the £6bn National Programme for IT (NPfIT), which is being delivered by NHS Connecting for Health. We work in all of the English regional "clusters", helping to implement patient care and clinical systems and trouble-shoot projects experiencing difficulties. then this http://www.systemc.com/news/archive/system-c-annouces-stong-half-year-results.html then this http://www.digitallook.com/cgi-bin/dlmedia/security.cgi?username=&ac=&csi=31152 DYOR but I think this is going to be a major share in the short to medium term but looking at the growth long term its potentially a monster. see what you think
SiFiUK gets hot under the collar .... **** WARNING: Do not read if of a nervous disposition **** Spurred on by our resident guru, I done some digging of my own. You won't want to wait for monday after looking at this similarity!!! Feast your eyes on this chart: http://i40.tinypic.com/2rz5js8.jpg Need I say more? Even the price levels are similar. Now do a google on "African Minerals Takeover"... See when rumours started being leaked in press; September - TWO MONTHS AFTER THE INSIDERS AND THAT METEORIC RISE! Multiple interests, Chinese, hedge funds (Harbinger, google him!) etc came out the woodwork - the Full Monty. And some 'lucky' beggars got in at 20p, sound familiar? I wonder how many held from <50p to 300 - you only need one trade like that in a lifetime with the holdings that some of the posters here have!!! Look at the chart again, some would have given a kidney to have been in at 80p, today's CHAR close! OK, I've got to go and have a cold shower and stick my head in the freezer. The posts tonight are making my speculation radar overheat! She's gonnee blow cap'in Some links to sept 09 stories to be going on with: http://www.internationalresourcejournal.com/africa/africa_oct09/african_minerals_ltd.html http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/markets/marketreport/6057487/Talk-of-Harbinger-stake-in-African-Minerals.html
LOL, I am hoping there is another 500% from here as I want to sell my last share at 300p eventually ... In the short term I do believe there is more to come yes, there is resistance at 47.50 but the way she has been blowing resistance recently should we be worried ? An appropriate sp IMO is between 80 - 90p for what we concieveably COULD have down there. Retraces do happen on shares but as for bad news coming to start a retrace I just don't see where that could come from, I did post a while ago with a full page of negatives to try and balance the view but it included things like no farm outs.... How could we possibly not farm out more now ? The block that has been farmed to the masters of the subsalt extraction is SMALLER than the Zamba prospect .... That's the one that will get farmed out next IMO and I just can't see it being anyone else other than Petrobras as they would harly talk up the massive opportunity of Naibia, farm out 2174A and not go after Zamba. There is a real possibilityt that we could farm out another 4-5 prospects easily now IMO. If that happens then we are talking approx $100M in the bank with extra's galore for commercial discoveries. We need an aquisition to transform the company and have a revenue stream, with the money we have in the bank it is possible but more likely is an asset swap / farm out in exchange for a near production asset. We already know management have employed the top engineers around on good wages - for what ?... Come on the clues are there for me but it's only one view. Ambrian have had a major impact on this share and is another example op how gifted this management team is, they brought in Ambrian just before the mean update to open up markets that would not have seen the opportunity otherwise and transformed the volume here overnight. http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/20100104/chariot-oil-gas-initiated-at-ambrian-with-buy-rating-107p-target-price.htm So many poster seem very ill equiped on information on Chariot and may just be on for the ride but reading everything available to you will give you many pieces of a jigsaw that is slowly coming together nicely. Everyone should be well versed on this at least .... http://www.chariotoilandgas.com/chariot/investor_relations/reports_documents/2010/unlock_afoil_180210/unlock_afoil_180210.pdf I have said from 17p I will cut a percentage of my main holding over 100p and that is still my view and will always keep 25% of the main holding until 2013/14 when we are due to drill if we don't make the aquisition in the short term. This could be huge there is no doubt about it and the mocking I got about saying this could be the next GKP ... Oh dear ...who's laughing now ? I hope all holders have targets and more importantly stick to them and make sure they position themselves well as this is no short term punt, it's a hold until your rich share. Regards SD77
Ok so we find ourselves at the top of the mountain resting nicely at 50.50p so will the rise continue or will there be a retrace ??? We have looked at the upside and are very familiar with the newsflow that will happen upto the year end but what about the possible downside here ? * One trick pony ? We are still an explorer at this time and as such we have no revenue steam which is not good. Although the CEO has mentioned many times that we are wanting to aquire a near production / producing asset as yet this has not come to fruition. Whilst we have monies in the bank and a slow cash burn at present we need to have an income. It's alright having 8.5Bn mean prospective but it does not necessitate another farm out on that basis but the signs are one may come as the already farmed out 2174A has less prospective than the Zamba prospect so we will see. * Time and shareprice - Many people are invested here but have to acknowledge that without acuiring an asset we are not due to drill for some period of time. 2013/14 is when we have said that drilling may commence which is a considerable length of time and could have a negative slant on the sp without any updates. To be fair the CEO has said they will look to aquire this year (2010) but if the right aquisition is not found then it just will not happen. * SP spike - These shares were languishing at 22p just before Xmas and seeing them at 50p now may suggest to some that they are due a retrace as a 100% plus increase is not likely to continue forever (Unless your UNX that is) So we could see potentially a dip in sp over the next few weeks if no news is released by the company. * Intent to drill - Petrobras have their first renewal on block 2174A coming up in August 2010 and COULD say that they at this point have no intention to commense drilling. This would have a short term negative effect on the sp but obviously if they said yes there would be far more upside than one would imagine. If they did say no it is not a problem but they do have 2 renewals available on the block so it's certainly not in the bag that they will choose 2010 as the drill year. * Oil prices - With oil prices recovering recently it has had a positive effect on some oilers and at just under $80 per barrel is helping the sector stabilise at present IMO. This does not however mean that it will continue and if we see the price of oil drop once again then the whole sector may suffer as a consequence. * No farm out deals - If for whatever reason we do not find any other farm out partner then this would be very bad. At present we have Petrobras ($18M for 2174A) but no one else on board. Obviously with the oil being under anything from 1500M to 3000M + this is deep sea exploration and the cost of such drills can be anything upto 150M per drill, something that just can't be done without a partner on board. No signing of deals will be very bad news for the company and would impact heavily on the sp IMO
This is taking a breather now but potential has been shown ... The buyer is there having his breakfast and his cigar happy with his days work and now contemplating his next move this afternoon .... A REMINDER ... AQUSITION / S - Already viewed and currently view more prospects, CEO spoke of aquisition this year which will turn us from an explorer to a producer ... FARM OUT / S - Already bagged the world 4th largest oiler Brazils Petrobras and now working on other blue chip companies as we speak. Zamba prospect alone holds nearly 2Bn of the over all mean not farmed out as yet and a bigger prospect than 2174A thats already been 50% farmed for $18M ... INTENT TO DRILL - The big one for me, although the other two would spike this heavily if or when Petrobras say YES we will be drilling then the biggest spike will occur IMO ... My estimate 30-40p on the existing sp and if a commercial discovery made upto $118M in our pocket ... DIRECTOR BUYS ? - We have 5 new bodies on board and they will not be wanting to miss a piece of the action will they ? They signed up for a reason and these guys are at the top of their game and they liked what they saw ... If these buy which they will IMO it's another ringing endorsement of the company ... BIDDING WAR ? - Did you see the Oilbarrels report ??? http://www.oilbarrel.com/nc/news/display_news/article/two-thousand-and-ten-looks-set-to-be-key-year-for-chariot-oil-gas-as-it-seeks-farm-in-partners-an/771.html If the passage about someone looking at the whole PF and they put a bid in will this go unchallenged ? I doubt it and if two or more want it bad enough what is a 50p sp now ??? Very little IMVHO ... WEEKEND PRESS - This should get some coverage over the weekend and all should be rave reviews - no reason not to be which could make Monday very interesting so does anyone want to be out over the weekend ? Ithink not .... GOOD LUCK in everything you do guys ... DYOR and ATB ... Regards SD77
41.00 - 43.00 APPEX presentations as we speak letting the world know that we have 8.5Bn mean and cash reserves with no debt all for a measly 43p per share. All pending and they are the 3 MAJOR spikes that lay ahead for CHAR in the coming months, it's easy to see why most talk of this as undervalued but DYOR and see what you think .... Regards SD77
Tell me you bought at 34 and sold at 44 .... Mean in place now at 8.5 Bn just have to sit tight and wait for aquisition and farm out's ... the farm out will happen, the Zamba prospect alone could hold 2Bn which is more than the prospect that Petrobras paid us $18M for a 50% stake in .... Easy money here IMO, all you have to do is hold ... SD77
Evening, sorry to confuse ... I have never been a fan of averaging up but if I was to buy CHAR it would be a big average up as most were bought at 17p 20p 22.5p with some added at 25 and 27p so averaging in the low 20's makes me very think adding now in my position it is a bad idea as I have way too many to be comfortable with but the comment of people jumping in at 35p was directed more to those not actually in ATM If you are not holding at present 35p is a good level IMHO to get in as we have seen a massive influx of buying by two seperate II's around 40/41/42 so getting in 15% cheaper than some of the big buyers does make sense but not for myself. I am MASSIVELY over exposed here but the only reason I am is that I truly believe the central blocks are going to spike this big time if shown to be above 8Bn. I have mentioned these blocks in excess of 6 months ago to holding the key to CHAR's progress and believe the very cunning management to have saved these until last because this is the ace up the sleeve. I expect to see this hit the resistance at 47.50 before the end of Q1 and if all goes well could easily breech it, we have had a competition running and in January called 46p for the end of Q1. I expect a rise to the 40's or very close to the end of this week. The oilbarrel conference in London is Thursday and the mean prospective is thought to be released before it kicks off so that leaves very little time now. Not seeing as biiger volume as I was expecting with only a 50K on Plus being of any note. The holding RNS today is a strange one as it could be constude as being negative as they have offloaded nearly 10% of the company. However this has not gone onto the market so someone else has bought this (at a premium ???) as it would take too long and be even more expensive on the open market. There are rumours of a takeover which for me personally would be a disaster as I want this company to stay in it's current form up until 2013-14 when the drilling gets into full swing. An offer of around 90p is not unexpected by some but is not what I would want as I see 2013-14 over the 200p mark . A lot depends on the Petrobras renewal date to confirm drilling in Aug 2010, they have the ability to renew twice I believe. If they give intent to drill then that would be by far the biggest spike that would come here. It was interesting from the recent presentation that the block petrobras is farmed in on is sat in approx 500M of water, to them it's a puddle as they can go well above 4000M with their larger rigs. This is a BUY if not in already in the short term and a HOLD if already in by my thoughts. Once again sorry to confuse but when holding so big now another few K at a higher price than my average just does not make sense for me, although I was very close to doing it at 33.00p yesterday, wish I had now =). Morning mate, good post ... yes the dataroom opening at NAPE on the 19th of February is a fantastic oportunity for CHAR to wow investors not only with their seismic data but also with the figures that are associated with the company. Their next probable move as we have suggested for a while now will be to issue a RNS with the updated mean prospective, currently standing at 5.24 Bn, which in itself if very impressive but IMO this will rise significantly when news comes. So why do we think this ? Firstly as your post suggests they will let the market know in advance of the opening of the data room which is now just 15 trading days away. From the CEO's own mouth ..... http://www.growthcompany.co.uk/features/1102297/exploration-insights-by-robert-tyerman.thtml From the Chariot website .... The new 3D seismic data has been acquired over many of the most prospective features in the Northern and Southern licence areas and has been targeted to further mature the best locations for a potential drilling campaign. This seismic data is currently being processed and the resulting interpretation will increase the understanding of the hydrocarbon potential offshore Namibia. The 3,000km of 2D seismic on the Central blocks (2312A & B and 2412A & B) was acquired in order to better define some major geological structures which may be present in this area. Right so we have your post which tells us we will get an update before the datarooms open .... The Growth Company article quotes the CEO saying they WILL increase the mean .... The Chariot website quote Majoe geological structure .... So ,,,, we have 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 Well thats the sum I have anyway, the recent drop has offered new investors or existing investors to either take a position or add to their positions with the knowledge that within 15 days Chariot will announce what they have said they would and hopefully the result will be a jump in SP. However you would not expect CHAR to wait till just before the NAPE convention so I would expect them to announce a week or two before giving plenty of time for investors to jump in and the news to be out there and digested. If they don't announce this coming week then I will be surprised, so without doubt for me within the next 10 trading days. If the announcement indicates a jump in the mean prospective what will we be looking at in terms of the new mean ? Well the Southern and Northern blocks together equal 5.24 so is this is averaged then you would expect to see7,86 Bn (5.24 / 2 x 3 = 7,86) however with the mention of the MAJOR GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURES, I would imagine the average to be above thus my estimate of 8-9 Bn barrels. There has been talk recently of a large Chineese company wanting to aquire a company with a mean of 6Bn + for so many billion dollars but I would like to see Chariot with the help of Petrobras stay independany for the foreseeable future thus giving maximum profits to us existing shareholders.
Cheers fella, for months I had wondered what secrets premium chat had been hiding from me, by the looks of the 3 boards I have looked at a lot less information than is currently on the normal chat. I visited CHAR (1 post) BTC (5) posts and GKP (nowhere near as much valuable info as noram chat. I am now sitting here wondering what I have paid the money for, can anyone give me a clue as I am sat here at a loss to the point in paying the money. Anyone help ??? SD77
