Alkin.....but....you forget the board or indeed anyone from Synairgen would not know prior to Activ-2 information being released, therefore they could buy or sell shares the day before Activ-2 information is presented as this would be out of their hands and not something there were party to. Thus meaning they would not contravene any FCA regulations. The can only be held accountable for information they knowingly acted on, if they are not aware they can buy and sell to their hearts content.

Wish......that £2 Million a dose cancer drug didn't seem to stop hopitals buying it....the £2k figure will not be an issue for many private healthcare patients in other countries. Also who should they bring the price down for their 15 years of work! They are saving days and days in hopital with intensive care beds in the UK costing upwards of £1000 per night all they have to do is get the paitent out 2 days early and its a cheap treatment!
In summary the cost will not be an issue!

As I have said before, my shares are lost as far as I am concerned, any work the self opinionated group carries out benefits me as a share holder and all I need to do is sit on my hands and do nothing.
By law any changes ALL shareholders have to be made aware and as such I shall receive notice.
As some of us have also pointed out why would I join a group that I absolutely 100% disagree with the views of? Personally I voted for the New Co and have pointed out why I did, so no I am not going to prove or show my hand to any person or persons who voted against the deal! And now realise what a bunch of twonks they were for doing so! (in believing a small number of people who were giving them disinformation on here!)
If you are successful in your many months of negotiating with the board I shall be smiling as you have been working for me....like a bunch of little minions...with me doing nothing! So thanks in advance should you make me any money in the future, but, like others this has been written off by me!

MG 1862 not bitter and twisted just saying it how it is and how short sighted many of the investors were on here! Interesting that Scott who was on here and ADV for over a year ranting saying people should screw the board, left ADV the day it happened and didn't comment further! This is interesting as I am positive he was a disgruntled employee and not investor who just wanted the company to go under at any cost and due to his/her pages and pages of rants I am also sure he/she had alot of influence on some of the investors and the decision they made.
Thus me calling the rtards as a small amount of research would have shown what a good prospect even at the diluted levels 'newco' would have been.
This is why I would not want to join the uprising and motif taskforce that has been set up as I have no faith in the people who are participating!

maybe the third party didnt think there were a bunch of rtard investors who would vote down the only deal in town with a company that had an excellent future....just out of spite.... and then complain when the company was delisted and there was no other deal on the table.....maybe thats why....
