Then also ask yourselves why the directors brought in at this stage when they haven’t ever before….

Any sign of any good grades from this programme and the share price catapults to 10x plus this price!

Possible interim results day, then the directors are buying in as per previous RNS and out of closed period….

‘ The Company is currently in a close period as the Company will release its interim results to 31 March 2025 before the end of June 2025. Certain Directors of the Company have indicated their intention to subscribe an additional amount of £25,000 in aggregate for 83,333,333 new ordinary shares’

Which day are we expecting the director buys to come through…..they did say before the end of the month

Not sure where ‘Mushimo’ is but perhaps you mean ‘Mushima North’. 6 months ago they did yes and then carried out extensive testing and drilling. It’s all set out in the RNS dated 14th of May. It was also hinted at more drilling needed in said RNS which would indeed need more finance.

Therefore as I said before my statement still stands, they would only be able to gain more funds should they have good information on what they have already found and what they could find thereafter.

A company with a MCAP of just over a million is not going to gain investment unless there is a very good chance of success.

Seems that someone who knew or posted on telegram better hope they didn’t trade. Or insider trading took place!

That said this raise is the one I am most comfortable with. My statement still stands, at this stage the only reason they had to fundraise was they are looking to mine one of the areas themselves, based on good knowledge they have acquired.

This is also the only time I remember for a while that the directors have said they will be buying in…

Nope as it’s rubbish. Fully funded. Only reason they would need a fund raise is if they had found large deposits and were looking to mine themselves. At this stage their partners will be doing the mining, so no funding needed. That’s someone trying to get in at a lower price!
