Am confused why a company that is clearly doing very well has recently said Thomas Cook takeover presents "much difficulty" they clearly have the finance, but are still holding back...

Just double checked by doing CTRL F on the document and nothing coming up for Thomas Cook or TCG...maybe at the moment they are not allowed to comment on ongoing negotiations....
