He would only stand down as part of the transaction (ie on it being announced and completed). He would not stand down before this was done.

Fairly put Larry and respect your views and honesty. One thing people are not taking into account is the resignation occured, officially anyway, post suspension. I would actually assume that Tucker's resignation was known about for some time and a deal was done amongst the Board that his departure would not be raised with the advisors until the shares were suspended, in order to protect the price.

but anyone who thinks that the recently appointed Chairman standing down, after just 7 months in the role, is 'OK' needs their head examining.

I feel very sorry indeed for anyone, like ME (!), who has lost money here. However, I would suggest you get out NOW. I can genuinely only see this going one way.

Mate this share price will be sub 1p within the next few days. This won't get another 6 months - nothing like it. I would say the party is well and truly over.

Sorry Savvi but this thing is OVER. 18 months no progress. Share price at an all time low. You cannot continue to pump it.
