There will also be compensation on top no doubt hence settlement taking into account interest, detriment etc. One stroke of a pen is all it takes now so news of execution could drop any hour any day. When we are so near to so much transformative news on the brink of a real rerate once it lands, well funded for near term from revenue from sales imminently and a small placing now out of the way ( inc conveniently being used as leverage for derampers which is wearing thin), the SP should begin to creep up - all cards on table now no surprises presents especially after Friday’s rally, a clear pathway North.

We have waited years for this and now we know legally and firmly that the historic parcel is coming back to us any moment.
