I think prediction is funding @70 will issue news on funding for working capital then slide in news of 50% acquisition completed to get it away! All the money raised at last placing was allocated for the acquisition- they have no income if they manage this deal until Q2 2025 earliest so this has to be a keep the lights on sh*t sandwich scenario. Take it or leave it but explains exactly why SP is diving and same pattern as last 3 times shareholders got shafted! IMHO DYOR

No deal folk immediately selling into it who have had to wait days and days for it to increase bid side as so wide which in reality is less than 10% made.Time to buy was 80’s so no point chasing this up if you buy in 1.20’s it'll be a long wait to get to 1.35/1.40 to make any small profits..
