The valuation was around 28 million many years ago and has dragged on for years culminating in court case and court order award to the company last year. This has now been taken to AG attorney general for Zim Government who has directed the Minister for Mining department to sign off the agreement so that it can be retrieved from RBZ bank where they are being securely held, it was an old Van Cleeve mining which Vast took over years ago. The valuation 2024 is anything between 28 million to eg 75 million + dependent on quality of the rough diamonds all 129,400 carats of them. Scroll through the RNS - latest one announcement is from October and are awaiting the final news on handover which can’t be much longer. Following this successful court hearing, the next court hearing has been scheduled for 3 April 2025 and will involve the Judicial Administrator providing further updates to the court about the progress of the reorganisation‘

The payments will not be needed to be paid re organisation and court approval of such until after 3rd April 2025 or even later as that’s just the next meeting to see reorganisation is on track. Receipts for many months sales will be coming in and supported finance from strategic investors along with the receipt of funds multiple millions from sale of historic diamond parcel.
