That’s some crazy rash hefty loss on 14 million 3.70 to 2.885 to stomach by Dave - I can’t think that was the best move if he hasn’t sold out at GDR yet which by the rampathon over there it seems he hasn’t - very odd to try and rainbow chase at GDR it’s been a dead dog for so long and missed the Covid boat again and again and still no Covid sales - each to their own but seems crazy to me that you’d want to take your money out of QBT to stick in there because they’ve announced some Betamax Lamp test when all the world is using PCR/LFT. Jones you’re being hammered and ridiculed on Twitter with your 2 pound predictions - the next 10 days getting CE mark is fairly straightforward although I’m not sure it only takes 10 days - weeks or months sometimes however even so if it comes back in 10 days so what? There’s nothing to be added to the SP by getting the CE unless investors are worried it won’t achieve it that it’s not a given. You’re talking like this is a momentous moment in 10 days happening it’s really not. Any mileage on the CE front has been used. And Jones there’s no ii’s or any evidence just pis getting carried away and hoping newbies rushing in will boost the SP to save them - how long has everyone been underwater here with eventual no sales and little progress and jam tomorrow? Now pandemic is winding down vaccines rolled out and tweaked for new variants and a milder more transmissible variant about to dominate- GDR had their chance and blew it a long time ago. Trust them to come out with a RT-LAMP test at the end of a pandemic when PCR /LFT are the established worldwide methodologies. Labs hospitals already have their established equipment. Companies who were quick out the starting blocks sold them all. Ask yourself now how much market is left then anyway?

Newbie thank you for being so polite however if you look at what’s happening the Dr who discovered the new variant has said we are all overreacting in U.K. and Europe and the SA President has slammed us for doing so. The Doctor has pointed out that the variant is more transmissible but milder. I’m afraid PCR tests and LFT will be the ones that hang around if needed. Even Gov have reintroduced PCR and it’s these two types of tests which are used. End of. In fact I’m waiting for a PCR to be delivered tomorrow. Re NCYT was chartbound to spring back and began doing so before variant was announced and it finished 5% down. People are realising Covid stocks were waning this new variant was a temp boost but the variant isn’t going to underpin the dizzy heights of 2020 pre vaccine and it isn’t the threat or a new pandemic that those stuck in Covid stocks need. It’s not a growth area -we are hopefully with a milder strain about to become dominant now looking at the end of this soon.

PCR tests less than 20 minutes been available for over a year so whoop but GDR is a RT-LAMP test not PCR. No-one is using lamp now maybe at the start of the pandemic but not now.

Thing is all PCR tests can be adjusted to check if they pick up the new variant now it is known as they have the sequence/ some will be able to do without adjustments & have CE mark sp we will be trailing behind again so I’m not sure why everyone has got a doze of Covid crazy here because as we know they are not very good at selling their products. CE will take some time - so whilst it did get super cheap that huge sell off was due to their results and lack of test sales, slow progress in a pandemic- people buying in the 30s?? Where were you when it was 17p a few days ago? Many as usual will get carried away and feel the pain of the spike.
