Honestly we are a UK listed company - we don’t have links to any Russian oligarchs like EVR nor state owned banks or sanctioned individuals and vast swathe business in Kazakhstan. I am out. Can’t for the life of me see why people would now want to invest at this level if this is their strategy now. Of course a split would be a HUGE NEGATIVE I mean come on seriously guys. We’ve had a heads up even breaking news on Bloomberg - anyone who bought last week and sold today fantastic but going forward the risk level has just been racked up way higher. We are basically jettisoning 2/3rds company to its own devices in unknown Russia to be listed presumably purely on MOSE as who else will list it then? Insane move imho and a huge detrimental move opens it up to risk Putin can take into state ownership.

The majority of the assets in terms gold silver are in Russia - splitting companies is insane at this point - where are you going to sell shares in the Russian side then only on MOSE would be a disaster and more likely to be taken over by Putin and Russian state. I see this as a really negative point indeed and quite frankly at this point in time a bad move which is not needed.
