A RTO doesn’t work like that - that’s exactly how SYME got a main market listing it’s reorganised and renamed it’s a reverse takeover of the original company total reorganisation BUT our other two arms are money making so will push up the price of the RTO imho and very attractive combined with FCA license we hold.

NT for large amounts it’s going to breakout over 1.00 for 3rd time and we nail it and then market will get the message herd will arrive. We then make a move to 1.25 resistance if we can break that we are laughing!

No you need to do your own research coupled with the chart it’s a winning combination now. We’ve held above 62 consecutively plus people now releasing there’s a hell of a lot of value to be had here. Still time to jump aboard. Tiny free float pushes this fast and higher just watch. If you think BOD are not going to make hay by doing a lucrative RTO it’s win win for holders or new entrants imho - take it or leave it but don’t moan about it. Plenty more stocks if this isn’t for you!

last week this did way over 100% it has a tiny free float and most holders are holding way higher in double digits so very little avail to be released into market. It’s building very nicely.

If eg it’s the company I’m thinking of who are desperate to get relisted and want main market and gearing up to list on MM (were previously on AIM but have built up business enormously similar but not crypto ) I would say 5.00 imho will very much depend but the value is here. Bypassing IPO listing raises, more difficult bench marks to get listed, higher regs etc so doing RTO is very attractive for any companies who are after a public listing especially main market . I’m sure with all BOD connections they will be inundated. SYME eg was listed via a RTO on to main market.

I agree if you look at the price action alone there’s so little stock to be had which pushes up the Ask. This has a main market listing and I’ve purposefully bought in here because I believe there’s going to be a reverse takeover coming. Main market listing plus FCA plus the other money making arms of the business I see this as a very good bagger. I also have in mind the links between a business that wants to relaunch and relist and here would be the perfect market opportunity for them to do so. I may be wrong but I think I’m right hence I’ve put my money in here not a punt but a calculated investment. This moves pretty fast and been difficult always to buy any stock. It’s oversold and with a very real possibility of a RTO I think we will all do very well!
Over 1.00 coming soon this had been hit now 3 times next time we make a proper move over - last breakout hit 1.25 last week

So we’ve attacked 20 v 21 with over 21 being paid multiple times I’d say we start limbering up to go again this 4th time they cannot stop it…which means a clear unhindered run up to 30s then let’s see what they try and do. Folks this was trading in 80s last year before this game changer lithium progress. And we have more news on our other projects to come inc Sasanof!
Now an RNS with signing done will act as rocket fuel on top!

Just took some more whilst I can buy they’ll switch in a second mark my words - the MM we see you this behaviour is not cricket at all they know the 20 v 21 mark is the resistance yet we’ve crossed it 3 times successfully then they play games to drag us back well it’s coming 30’s as much as you try to f*ck with it we are all with deep pockets holding ours tight!

Lol BE you can now buy some small amounts as they’ve done the switcharoo but no one will fall for that . When we say MM have no stock this is the reality it’s such a tiny free float anyway now a light has been shone on it with the fantastic lithium JV news and more to come plus Sasanof the buy demand is insane. MM can’t keep up but at some point they will be so overwhelmed they won’t be able to switch the bid. We’ve had 5 x auctions to buy this morning already even small amounts.
If you can buy I’d be buying and not posting as it many change in minutes! The general opinion here is it’s not the time to sell we have much more ground to gain. 30’s is first stop where holders might consider releasing some and that’s where MM will need to take it very soon

Why help them the buys on the book will have to pay much higher simple this isn’t a pump it’s a real and natural and well deserved rerate happening. Foolish to give your hand away. Don’t play their games it’s telling that they know that 20v21 is the resistance we’ve breached now twice third time we have a free runt to attack 30’s. If you know how this stock rolls and the tiny float you’d know I’m talking reality here!
