Not good news at all obviously some large sellers were quicker off the mark yesterday with a heads up on the news and got out higher. Both sentiment and share price now completely crushed!

Thoroughly agree and reorganisation will see this fly or we look to do RTO there’s huge value here not only in our main market listing, our FCA license and the two remaining money making arms. The connections are strong and the current prices are punt prices to fail. I strongly suggest we will actually do better after above than if it had continued as it was.
The traders are trolling as they don’t want it to rise they want cheaper entry as they also know it will very soon go back over 1.00+ again but we are forming a much higher new base to do that now.

Hardly ramping this is massively in oversold territory look at the chart mate for starters. Also RTO IPOs don’t work like that on ‘cheaper deals’ lol we have something unlisted Fintech finance companies want & need that’s a main market listing and an FCA license to boot!

Investor I’m not trying to be awkward but it’s not a listed company but it is looking to relist specifically on Main Market. I am a shareholder. You can’t buy stock in it currently. Suffice to say I think it’s a much better model and more apt for 2023 than what Mode app was doing.

Buys coming back in putting pressure on stock levels once again sellers lower down now will pay higher and one whisper of confirmed RTO/takeover venture reorganisation and historic multibag imho remember we have two lucrative money making arms still here! Been over a month so expect news update soon.

Now back to 84 for tiny amounts and back to NT to buy volume hello 90’s we see peeping over the hill and with a tiny amount of available free float here will see it soon in full view to then target over 1.25 once more.

M4I - the spread is wide equally steady as she rises another boring trading troll the ask remains strong & you can’t buy any volume without going to NT - market makers are on the collect for stock. Yesterday we did 97 steady as she goes as this can flip and it will by the time you blink. I’m not alone in marking this as a STRONG BUY for not only a very positive chart but the very big numbers potential.

Yes looks that way indeed MM trying a tree shake the person who sold at 77 broke the line here fool but made way for someone else to pick up more -a few buys will tip this back up and they’ll be locked out if they want back in. MM creating their usual ridiculous spread here when they have no stock. Patience pays it’s a buy and hold there’s takeover news coming imho

Steady progress as they reorganise the business and now very much oversold. Close was actually 85 so expect to hit 90’s in again this morning . With all the connections of the BOD and most notably the CEO and so many connected invested here, there’s no way they will let this slide. A takeover most likely via RTO is in my experience what’s going to happen it would also mean normally that the CEO would retain a seat on the board of the RTO making it again appealing .Like I said I know a ‘glove fit’ finance company who would be ideal who are doing the rounds for an IPO for main market so you never know. We could actually come out of this even stronger !

Share price is holding well a good finish above 80 bodes well for another leg up in the morning this is what we want to see - nice neat steady gains following the chart not a sprint but an orderly reach to first target over 1.00. It’s coming!

Liam we know the app is winding down it has been for a few weeks it’s not news which is why I said we know all of that. The other two arms haven’t closed. The listing remains even if the app is folding and there’s huge potential here even BANK (Fiinu) was a RTO of another company - I was giving SYME as another example of Fintech RTOs popular to RTO quicker, faster easier than traditional routes to IPO especially on the sought after main market. Our MM listing ticks all the boxes. The RNS said they would seek to rebuild shareholder value so I think it will be as I stated via RTO sale to another company.

That would be a conflict imho (especially if I’m correct) all I would say is it’s finance related I may be wrong however regardless the value of the listing combined with FCA license AND the 2 money making arms that haven’t been ditched coupled with the very small float means this is I feel a very good opportunity right now. If it’s not for you fine but the constant difficulty to buy signals to me an ii collecting. There’s certainly no evidence of any ii selling up who has stock here now is there we can all agree on that. They too are holding tight it seems.
Even if you just want to work this on simple technicals it’s following the chart nicely and holding nicely to bounce from here and over 1.00 again. 1.25 is targeted resistance. We will achieve that easily on some volume like we did last week.

Liam - Yes we know all of that this is about the value of the other money making 2 arms, FCA license and the Main Market listing and a possible RTO with another company who also would benefit from the other two money making arms. This is not about Mode now is it imho it’s the huge value in a ready made main market list which means a very quick easy IPO when via RTO eg that’s how SYME listed and TNT that’s how SPACs get easily listed circumventing easily the red tape.

That should alert the crowds how many more available under 1.00? A nice strong steady rise and good consolidation happening all great signs here for a good addition to the share price. I believe an ii is collecting which is why it’s always so difficult to buy much volume here. A sniff of a TR1 and this price will be history and we’d go into the 2.00s for starters!

Holding the chart line very nicely still difficult to buy but picked up a few more. When the chart was looked at last week it had to hold over 62 to target 1.25 and it has notwithstanding the call of any RTO and the oversold nature of this. Out of the ashes of MODE will be born a rising phoenix the main market listing isn’t simply going to go away. Huge value in that alone like I said I think I know the perfect fit who’s circling for a main market IPO & is the leader in their space currently and it’s perfect timing for it as it fits like a glove. The old lines about this company aren’t going to apply to a RTO it becomes a new company new identity new name etc they reverse themselves into the space as a ready made listing.
