RE: Hmm4 Nov 2023 08:02
So the company is being taken to court under a winding up petition by lawyers who acted for them in another court case hmm indeed so they’re essentially up against lawyers in court who are as the case says ‘litigants in person’ it doesn’t bode well because the court will understand as we who are critical of this, that they know their stuff and wouldn’t take it this far ‘wasting courts time’ if they didn’t believe that they had a damn good case and would not be successful! This 108k invoice I think will be the final pathetic nail here. You have to ask yourselves a serious question HOW has it got to this? Trace the journey back from where they started and there’s your answer. I’ve been out of EUA for quite some time but the jam tomorrow story is toast now! Sorry guys I have a lot of patience with a lot of companies but this surely must scream out loud to investors that enough is enough this is the turn off signal signposting the end of the road. The RNS after hours speaks volumes to me this absolutely should’ve been released much earlier, it wasn’t speculation either but a real lodging of a court case on 25th and they would’ve been served notice last week as their wording says, the petition is what they received 3rd! So how/why was this not released to shareholders before now, but only on 3rd November as it was discovered is beyond me! IMHO GLA
