So we have Plomper, Penguin, ZYX, Nibbley, Ibug ALL only posting on LSE about UKOG plus a few disgruntled LTHs how odd that they take the time and the trouble to post hourly, daily, weekly, monthly heck yearly. So we are all grown ups here (apparently well I can vouch for myself) yet they seem to not understand that the stockmarket is made up not simply of LTHs who bought years ago but new entrants all of the time in out shake it all about. UKOG are joining in on a grand scale with the new Green Energy sector in a big way. If you understood the stockmarket you would also know that stocks and sectors are also trends. UKOG is very wisely and cleverly pivoting to this massive new trend. If you want to keep bashing UKOG carry on but you are simply wasting your own time. There has to be a reason you are all only posting negative drivel on UKOG on repeat. Even the worst deranged derampers have a go at bashing other stocks. You guys need to jog on or up your game. The conclusion is that the reason you have been at this for so long is you are connected to the anti-fossil fuel mob or you’re lazy spreadbetters CFD types who haven’t the trading knowledge or confidence or £s to go anywhere else! Traders starting the dump as nobody wants to risk getting their gonads bruised again and again. The rubbish posted on here is unbelievable made up bull from the ramping crews! No money, no assets, no licence and lots of imminent obligations to pay huge sums out for their distraction 50% ‘acquisition’ so with paltry few dollars to be made in 2025 so is it lights out time if no funding comes good? Market knows they need cash so if they can get a CLN done it will be on terrible terms! Think about it! Money money money needed to see them through 2024 and 2025 because not one ounce of helium coming out the ground for years even if miracles and license granted in 6 months it’ll be years of cash raising to even get a few wells on the go. Think Tanzania will however be keeping this asset for themselves! Exploration over it is now all hedged on getting a license for a project they do not even own! IMHO DYOR

Traded it from low 80’s up to 1.00’s out yesterday if you look there’s 2 chunky sells! Only mugs would let it run over into risking THAT RNS the one where yet again holders get shafted. What do you think is happening here? No owned assets apart from a rig. No mining licence- will take many months if indeed Gov approve they may engineer keeping it for themselves. They could easily reject. No money from half hearted knee jerk 1/2 an expensive acquisition which needs many millions being spent on their obligations for little returns, certainly no immediate revenue. Cash from previous raise @50 spent on EWT and now nowt left in bank. They have told you they require further working capital months ago at this stage. They cannot raise again. They have no assets to loan against so the usual death spiral CLNs come in and HE1 will be stuck in a broken record cycle for many months. You carry on buying but as I said it is at present a quick trade in and out for the 10% crew and dreamers buying at these levels left holding the hot potatoes. Made plenty here and now too risky at these pumped up levels. Buyers yesterday now selling out for theirs. Good luck with your strategy but there’s better paying stocks out there with better prospects. Some of you are way too obsessed with HE1 and each time they kick you hard in the nuts. The mining licence if you have done your homework will take up to 6 months and without it there’s nothing that can be done or any money made. On top of this it is not even a given and on top of that they will then need to raise significant funds to build and service the proposed wells. You are talking this time next year before you will see a well never mind an ounce of helium. Next RNS funding via CLNs! Pump and dumped again! IMHO DYOR

RNS on financing and lack of it you mean? RNS does not get logged in market time today and released next morning you clown! But if one is coming it will be what they are doing to plug the shortfall as they have told you all now many times no cash left and more to be spent on their ‘acquisition’ which is now a huge strain on finances with little on return until next year. Below are ALL the sells for today the smallest amount 2 pence and largest 89 quid but most for a few quid max so the manipulation here is rife playing with the live price. All against the rules - explain to them why you were selling 2p worth? Forms the definition of market abuse if you look at their rules. Traders? The sells are for pennies. Try buying any volume and it is into negotiated trade again and again. Looks to me like a certain MM is on the collect & will release once they are done. Usual manner of manipulation but can’t sit on it forever. Large buyers will become impatient and take the auction route!
