RE: UKOG is about to blow!27 Sep 2024 08:00
Whilst the spread betting crew spend every waking hour trying to mud sling here worth remembering on pure technicals alone this is oversold. Market was happy to pay 12 beg August! In fact it was the green hydrogen storage progress that shifted the SP. It was only the placing @ 5 that shook it however the SP now sits well below even that. The stock is oversold and has the potential to rise even higher than the 12 we saw recently indeed any rubber stamping of the pivotal and important storage facility would see this surpass that recent price 10 fold. Whilst we have oil this as the company has stated has the potential to make us far more money than even that! This pivot paves the way to getting on board the green Hydrogen sector trend. Market works in trends and this is a big one and indeed a hugely important part of the process for UK Government’s commitment to homegrown energy security. The trend is your friend here and hydrogen storage is an unavoidable crucial key part of the UK’s plan! So the boring old same waffle derampers have spewed for months & years falls by the wayside. Complaints every day on old news but companies change and real, big tangible and indeed rewarding change is coming here. No we won’t forget the oil but in balance to the possible huge revenue potential of our storage sites it will become a nice welcome addition! Patience pays here but like I said on technicals alone this is due a bounce anytime now to target the minimum of placing price @ 5. It’s coming you will blink and suddenly it will turn up and keep on going! IMHO DYOR GLA
‘further underscores why the Company's focus over the past few years has shifted away from oil and gas and firmly towards creating and delivering strategic underground hydrogen storage, an essential element of the UK's future low carbon energy system.
These projects have the potential to create far greater sustainable value for the Company and the UK than any small onshore field such as Horse Hill. They also have the added benefit of making a positive contribution to Net Zero.
However, although Horse Hill is a small part of our portfolio, it still has a role to play in both the Company's and UK's future transitional energy mix‘
