Some buys going through as sells, I can sell for 0.34, and buy at 0.3438 (below the mid - hence showing as a sell).
This doesn't help, and spooking pi's into selling.

Can't see why anyone would want to risk being out of COPL after Q2 results, if CUDA & Nigeria kick in.
Hopefully we might get some news regarding CUDA before the end of October '21, and with any luck Nigeria too!

The authorities know what happens in the City but turn a blind eye (to a point), so won't do anything as then the UK will be the bad apple of the world and then no-one will invest here.

I agree Bob, the quicker they are out the quicker we can move on.
Another thorn in our side are MREX, I'm sure someone mentioning them and held us down pre-suspension too.

Speaking of Scotland, I have been there about 20 years ago a few times, and loved it, want to take the kids there, but just a bit of a drive, either that or Cornall...again.

Priority is to re-list and then Q2 figures released after to keep the momentum of the SP going, and hold.

Yes, I totally understand its been frustrating not having access to your funds, having been tied up for 4 months, some may need it more than others, but just think....you will have least least doubled your money on re-list, yes its taken 4 months but you have almost guaranteed you will make money, no one is going to lose. if it relisted earlier you may of sold out earier, and maybe missed some of the potential news due.

Yes, you can top-slice on re-list, but even then with all the news due, you can make further gains.

I don't blame Art at all, what he has to do, has to be done because of the authorites - on both sides of the pond. The FCA are one of the toughest organsisations in the world in terms of compliance, if you don't do as they say you will not get anywhere. I'm sure he didn't think itwould take this long, otherwise he wouldn't of issued the first RNS stating it was only going to be a few weeks before re-list. He has a lot riding on this - as do his family and friends - and us.

The Q1 results have been released, I personally think the prospectus was re-issued to the FCA before the results were issued last Fri/Sat, otherwise it wouldn't make sense to send it publically before the FCA get it, knowing everything else was satisfied in the prospectus, barr the Q1 results.

I was hoping to take the kids away (in the UK) with some of the funds here - spalsh out a bit, maybe I still might if it re-lists in the next week or so (albeit more expensive - I could go to Maldives for a week for prices I have seen in Cornwall!), but I know its coming....just a little bit more patience...

Obvioulsy Q1 results will be in the prospectus, I take it Q2 won't otherwise it could cause further delays, but given Q2 finished at the end of June, I would expect Q2 results to be released soon after re-list, therefore, keeping the momentum of the SP increasing, so not sure why anyone would want to sell on re-list with all the news due.

Just out of interest, how long would it normally take for Quarterly results to be notified, a few weeks or a month or so?

Yes, I agree with the range in terms of buy-out figure. This is the issue with buy-outs, bigger companies want to buy a smaller company for less than what its worth, otherwise they wouldn't do it - they want to make money by doing it. So unless its a very good deal for PI's, not sure it would be good at a discount.

Just as well we are tied in while this increases behind the scenes, imagine how much we would be 'losing' if some of us sold to early watching it day in day out!

Shaa, realistically, where can you see the SP going to and where do you think it will settle, I know it depends on what is taken into account when relisted, and what further news to come.
There are some that will sell on re-list, that will need the funds after being tied into it for the last few months longer than expected, but others then can ride out the next few months, hoping to increase further.
It is a hard one to call as to what may happen.

Exacly, you wouldn't take shares if you had to wait a few months for payment, otherwsie, you would take cash now and run if things were going to drag on.

Its the wording of the RNS, because they said it's 'expected to be in line with market expectations, which were most recently increased in March 2021.'
Because they revised their figures so high in Jan rather than increasing them a bit and playing it down a bit, it now looks as though the company haven't done as excellent as they were doing, with mediocre results.
They killed the momentum of the SP and in turn us shareholders too, the person who worded the RNS should be sacked.
The figures no doubt will be the best ever when they come out in June, increased cash, no debt etc.
They were poorly advised.
