Ok, lets say he wants to go fo 10-1 or even ask for 100-1. whats the times scales for this to be done? I believe he has authority to do 10-1, how long would it take to actually be completed, or even request the 100-1, is it like weeks, or months?
Personally I dont really want it, but if it had to be done, then no more than 10-1, as then anything more will put off a lot of PI's I think, as pshylogically when looking at shares, PI's prefer to look at the penny shares as such as opposed to the £1+, as theres more scope to increase in value by having more shares of a stock (millions as opposed to few thousand or a few hundred), yes I know it doesn't really make a massive difference given the value of your shares are the same if there is a consolidation, but I think it can put off PI's.
If this does go to 1p soon on any news (eventually) pre-consolidation, then I'd rather it trade to 10p rather than £1.00.

Just to confirm, I don't mean 5p by tthe end of this year, I mean 5p by this time next year.

Things really have dragged out the last few weeks, still unbelievable of where we are, I guess the only way we can look at it is the longer it stays low, the more chance of it going up eventually but we do need a strong RNS, not just one but a few over a few weeks to keep the momentum going.
It does seem logical now that news will be spread over the next few weeks from the 'discovery' results, CUDA, Nigeria and third quarter results.
If all those don't brings us up over 1p, nothing will!
I personally believe we can get to 5p, on all good news going our way and the herd arriving, yes we might not be at the true MC then, but then we are not at our true MC now!

LSE had more technical issues, I had to 'refresh' the screen but still only got to 16.23.
Even the 'Share Risers' board wasn't correct, didn't show OEX as the top riser today, was 48% up at one point, possibly where some of the funds were diverted to from here today, hence the fall, as well as the usual end of week sell off from traders, around 15% up since the beginning of the week, % wise its good to see, but when you look at the actual price, makes you wonder how the hell did we get this low!

Really hope COPL releases news consistently to ensure the growth of the SP, otherswise, pi's will sell as usual into the RNS's and we will keep going back and forth. He needs to surprise the market with more good updates so we can get to where we deserve to be...and beyond!

I'm going to be brave and say I think we will finish off 10% up at least today.
The buys are flowing and can't be held back too much now, this afternoon I think we are going to finally see a change.

75% of the last 20 transactions are all buys, that surely means it will have to go up today!

The problem with filtering people is anyone could say anything (ramps or deramps), and the people who did filter them, wouldn't know what what said, and so would not be able to correct the remark, and so genuine investors get sucked in to their games.
So personally I wouldn't filter anyone, not done ever I dont think, just by-pass them and ignore the drivel, and read the genuine chats, generally we can all spot them.

Just by looking at the prices you can tell there are way more buys than sells, yes some sells are going through as buys (dummy buys and sells), but even then, the MM's haven't moved this an inch, still on -0.79% when opened...whos says theres no manipulation in the market??!!

I do find it hard to think why people are selling, not just small amounts but thousands at a time.
In hindsight I wish I did and bought back at these levels, but even if you did sell now, chances are you could well miss the bottom and end up either the same or possibly higher.
Only those that are in very low (under 0.25p) must be selling some profit, hoping to top up lower, but I'm sure the majority of people are around 0.30p anyway.
Surely at some point soon, it has to turn., there can't be many people selling at a profit now.
It's been very hard watching this over the last 2 weeks, was making over 50% at one time, feel gutted and sad, but I do feel there is light at the end of the very long tunnel, a lot of p'd off pi's, and every reason to be, anger has over boiled I think on occasions, its a shame, as we are all here to make money.
Personally I think Art has been badly advised interms of how its played out with timings etc, think he need to get some professionals in.

Just hope we get some good news asap to prop it up, and then single RNS's to keep the good news and momentum going.
It's clear now pi's are fed up and so need to stop selling into long winded RNS's knowing it would be weeks or months later for the next RNS.

Surely this should have opened up at least 15%.
How can they open up 0% on that RNS??!!
Maybe we should be AIM as we'd be better off!
