Viura is not a cash drain on the company after the initial investment there has been no further payments to this project and will be self funding and will eventually provide income to Prospex.

The article this week is highly important as it shows that the Spanish government are looking favourably at this project otherwise they would not be looking to use emminent domain to purchase the land to further it

At the end of the day the RNS today showed improved revenues and the likelihood of further improved revenues

po valley are obviously going to drill at some point and the fact they are able to run there business and provide dividends and do buybacks show there is a way to run this company effectively

I believe some posts are misleading... stating SP valuations of 20 - 40p is absurd, stating incomes of 25 - 35M in a year is not achievable as said at best the farm out will mean we will not see the full revenue. Teserillo is not on the agenda not now and not in any near future show the valuation should zero. This company has been a serial... The drill costs are not covered by anything we have been told so far... We are an investment company without any feasible strategy at the moment and I would vote the rest of the board off unless something changes

Dont know how you are calculating, but bear in mind we couldn't raise 1.6m via a CLN that we just tried to do so how are we raising this cash? He admitted they dont have the cash as yet. Why they are paying a dividend is interesting question and there could be many reasons but do they have an investor lined up for this expansion or do they think they are not drilling for sometime is unknown... either way they announced that drilling expected in 2027 which makes another one of your claims false (25 - 35M per annum in Q2 2027)

There are no plans to develop Teserillo as there is an embargo on new gas oil exploration so we will not be looking at if/when we get El Romeral permits land... The political will needs to change to do this, then we need to get permits and then the cash... At best decades away! So zero value is what the brokers put on those assets and Teserillo might as well be on Mars as we cannot exploit it...

Saying the large shareholders believe the assets are worth 100M is again irrelevant, what the market thinks is and we struggle to be seen beyond a 10M valuation due to the complete mismanagement of the company. Earlier this week you said 20 - 40p now it is 10p and even that is unjustifiable...

Selva PO valley stated the Selva was about 40M of investment we are looking for 37% of that (a bit more than 4M you just said)

El Rom will be a farm out and MR said he had options on this but does anyone really believe a word he said?

There is zero chance of buybacks or dividends until the company is profitable and let us be clear the directors most of which are still there took the profits when the going was great in bonuses... So dividend and buybacks are a pipe dream.

Yes we all want it sold but saying it is going to be 20 or 40p is just ridiculous with the amount of dilution / CLN / investment required to get the cash flow from these projects

If we were sold for 6 - 7p I would be happy but none of this is happening and there are no offers on the table. This has been so mismanaged it is shocking... Lets see if Tom is going to offer any direction

Just because the SP saw 20p once is not an indicator it is going there again! especially after the CLN and numerous mishandled placings!

The Gas prices have been very depressed so far mainly due to influx of US LNG... This is affecting our SP, that alongside of Russian Gas being on the menu again soon...

Beside that MR is a disaster...

We have had no word on this and a number of other subjects since the half year report it stated that it would be resolved in Q3 but I would have thought there would have been an update if this was resolved but I also think there would be an update if the compensation had come to an end... Honestly we dont know as the communications are not the best. If only we had brought this up in the past...

We are limbo on the Permits last update in half year report showed no date when the current impasse will be resolved or what the issue now is. The 180 days has not started and there is no word on when this will start so although not impossible I think next 12 months very unlikely to get everything in place…

Fully expect this to be kicked down the road as production and gas price is currently below the target and there are comments in the brokers report that have me concerned that will not happen in 2026. The good news I agree is we are told this will be organically funded so I am hoping this stays this way. And I accept this is my ignorance, but I am not clear when we can expect the 9M back from this project… This is key to being able to fund X, Y and Z…

In my opinion we need to sell something to fund the others… I accept the board maybe keeping the options open to see what permits are actually accepted before revealing ‘the plan’ but as it stands the numbers do not add up

I totally agree that the potential is huge but we have said this for years and we are unable to reach that potential with the optics the board offers. So I stand by what I said below…

I appreciate your opinion but a lot of it does not stand up to the cold light of day, the disappointment in the bonus is solely on the board. Taking this knowing in a few months time you need to raise money. Then doing this without any real explanation of what we are doing this for and completely botching it again makes you think the board are at best completely inept.

The point about the deadlines being missed I understand is not always under your control of the board but let us be clear they are being missed by years atm so again you are either inept or have deliberately misled. So as an analogy who would put their money bet on a horse that came in last in every race it went in? The same with PXEN consistent disappointment has led us to be completely overlooked by investors. On top of that we are only hearing what our plans are now via our partners despite our complaints about poor communications and I do not believe we have any plans to start drilling anything within 12 months. And the real question is how are we funding this? We have asked for a plan for years and the board have still yet to show one. PO Valley gave the other day a path to improved production where it was coming from and although they have a shortfall in their finances a lot of it the cash is there already and they are looking to sell an asset to further improve that situation. MR response is we are not answering that question and you should be happy with a smaller part of a larger company.

We have given the board patience they have taken the free cashflow in bonuses and ignored our concerns, they need to go if we want to see a better marker value.
