yes i also read the main causative factor is international travel - hence New Zealand saying they halting all travel for the most of 2021. its obviously a lot easier for NZ since they are geo-politically so isolated so not sure we can completely shut like them.
it then leaves us susceptiable to incoming strains - yes we have already had brazil and south africa but it could really be another strain for the other 200 odd countries that comes in

I think there is realization, finally! that vaccines can only do so much - and only so much damage to the share price of SNG. Today we had both confirmation of astrazenica and johnson/johnson single dose vaccines but still sp held relatively well. In addition, Fauci saying virus will continue to mutate.
