Happy to debate.I am curious that an asset which was bought for £1000 is being valued at one billion without anything being done to it and then company is raising money through "death spiral funding arrangement".How is that possible?

Death spiral funding would kill share-price and it is going down Zero.It is a scam which would decimate mug punters.

That asset was bought for a few hundred thousand pounds by this company and nothing was done to it to enhance any value.

Them assets were worth a few hundred thousands and company beluevrs that they are worth about one billion.I did mention that this "billion dollar valuation" would be dangled in front of mug punters to get a few placings away until they cant be fooled anymore.

Company has been survining on placings and would do so in near future, so you can imagine what will happen.It is a trend where share holders spend the money and company uses that money to develop a technology to get delisted at the end leaving shareholders high and dry.
