We are possibly looking at 10% drop or rise although it is more likely to drop then rise given lack of details in RNS on Friday.I am looking to get in around 220/230 level.

It could be something to do with second wave of covid 19 , a bit of preventive measure as they have imposed a lock down on Leicester this week and yesterday some of my family members in West Mindlands were told to brace themselves for lockdown as covid-19 cases are surging again in the area. I dont think second wave would hit as hard as first but market is melting.

This drop and then read RNS, looks like this rns has confused the market even further.Bod is looking to strengthen balance sheet but has not indicated how would it go about doing it? Looks like it has more than one options but rights issue has not been ruled out yet and that would put a strain on share price until results.

Central gold rand, I remember that one if I am not wrong then they had water issues with gold mining and due to that their production cost shot up and was not economical to mine gold at that point.They had everyone for a ride when they announced that they had a mou with Hong Kong investor to buy company and share price went on to gain 400%.Needless to say that mou got extended couple of times , they did a placing on back of that RNS and we did not hear anything.

But I have got to say false market was created as shares should have got suspended , they tried to give an impression that a last mintue deal is possible while administrators were appointed last week and were on standby, these talks were going on for months and failed when due to market conditions company failed to raise money in March.At that point company ran out of options, it was tough to find a buyer in this environment and even tougher to get fair price.A lot of people were suckered in last week and yesterday, some media outlets were reporting that talks had failed but trading was not halted.

I have got a feeling that this was allowed to fail deliberately, it was clear two years ago that trouble was brewing and their income kept on falling.At that point they should have tried to sell some assets to bring down debt and embarked on rights issue.

I can understand your feelings to be honest, I did take 70/80% hits but those hits I took were on wild cat oil drills. I bought some debenhams around 16 and kept on topping up and sold at 50% loss.But I have been lucky that I made it back. This is part of learning but from my experience when a company is in trouble you always find some clues .But you see some madness as Bod of Flybe accepted a 1p offer and some people were paying 5p two days after that.

I hope that rns you are expecting to 23:59 lands to say that company does not intend to appoint any administrators and would come out of suspension on Monday , not only that by going through their accounts they have found 4 billions lying about in the bottom drawer and they will give 4 billion check to creditors and tell them to do one.

Think media news of rights issue to raise 1.5 billions has scared the investors.Now we dont know if these are true or not and if company was to go ahead with rights issue then at what price.But stock rally that started in May seems to have slowed down and overall market is falling.

Read the title of RNS released at 1:45 and hope that would answer your question, title is "appointment of administrators and suspension of shares".

Off course I will, but was curious to see how it pans out .I am 100% sure that it is game over, if it just got suspended then there was a glimmer of hope that it would come out of suspension, but it got suspended and administrators were appointed and that indicates that it is game over.

They have appointed administrators and it cant be clear than that.Adminstrators would be going through their accounts and assets to see what value can be derived from these assets.

Problem is we are talking from real experience, but if you want to clutch at straw then go for it by all means.I did say in the morning that I was surprised people were still buying it after this RNS as lenders had 4 billions at stake and if they had any hope of getting their money back they would have struck some sort of deal.But it looks like you cant accept your loss and move on.

Dont have no desire to feel "superior" but was trying to make things clear. I am not ashamed to admit that i made loads of mistakes but investing in a share when a Bod clearly states that administration is looiming is not one of that. Having said that there were loads of sane voices like "sainvision" who predicted this demise.Having said that I hope that you have not put in any money that you cant afford to lose. Debt is 4 Billion and most of their tenants cant afford to pay rent in this environment.Nobody would want to touch these properties in this environment, unless sold at a discount.

I did not take any "gamble" as last RNS was dead give away that this company was heading for administration, and be under no illusion that these discussions only started yesterday or last week. But if you still decided to invest in it after that RNS then you need to review your trading strategy.I have not seen or heard any shareholder receiving any money once a company is put into administration .But I would like you to go through Carillion, flybe, Debenhams, interserve, thomascook?NMC and Finablr.All of these were put into administration and some of these still have active bbs, you can ask their shareholders if they have received any money.

Adminstrators would be working hard to salvage whatever value they can for stakeholders and mainly major creditors. At one point intu NAV was 6/7 billions and well before corona virus hit, its tenants were struggling to pay rents and few of its customers went bankrupt.That did not help company's finances as its rental income kept on falling and during these 4 or 5 months they only received 15% of expected rent. Problem is tradional retail is dead and that is affecting landlords like intu.Administrators would offload these at give-away prices and there would be no value left for shareholders.

Wave of investors have entered aim casino during these three/four months and was going through comments today and it looked like some investors were clueless about administration and how it works. They started this journey with money but no experience and would finish this off with experience and no money.

Those who bought it today after that RNS were gambling so if they have lost money then they deserved it.Having said that Bod is responsible for shareholder's demise as they had plenty of oppourtunities to raise the money and decided to do so when share price was 10.
