All of that cash came from placing, company wont make any profit this year almost all of this cash would be used to fund day to day activities.That is why, I was interested in seeing cash balance so that would have told monthly cash burn.

They should have mentioned current cash position, projected revenue forecast for year 2021 does not look promising either and if expected passenger numbers are 60% of pre-covid level that rest assured that no profit would be made this year as well.How would a loss-making company fund itself?

No mention of that , group's net assets have increased from 1.9 millions to 7.1 millions in 2020 but there is no mention of current cash balance.Which tells me that a big chunk of money raised has gone and company is not looking to make any profit this year as well.I was expecting an update on "African contract" that was used to get the placing away but cant find anything.

Company is already sitting on quite a few mous , having said that we already know results as PF was really confident of making a profit as company was breaking even .Not it has gone from "break even point" to loss-making and that leads me to believe that money that was raised to meet "pre- contractual expenditures" has been spent on Fowler Clan's wages.But hang on a mintue....... how would company meet "pre- contractual expenses" if there is a contract? Placing...... Or clns take your pick. We are traveling in a circle as PF is not revealing cash position.

I have 598112 shares and looking to double my holding next month.Whatever way I see it long-term, short-term or medium term this share seems to be offering a huge potential. Poor performance in last quarter could be put down to covid 19 but things should be better.Another variable is price of gold and that is stable around £1750/1800 mark.

Problem is nobody knows where true "bottom" lies and this share has breached strong "100" resistance.It is most likely to test "90" limit next. Another thing I have noticed that on this bb some people seem to be changing their opinions every hour , one hour they are "bullish" which implies that they have bought in, next hour they are "bearish" may be they have sold and trying to catch a "bottom". Having said that don't think anybody is making any money by trading this as mms are not letting anybody get away with any profit.

I am expecting quarterly production update in first week of April but fingers crossed!

If PF is to sign a "contract" he will do so in May/June.Having said that he failed to reveal true cash position in last update and that could mean another placing to meet "pre-contractual expenses" in my opinion.Fingers crossed!

How can DFS be next week, when company is yet to prove up resources through drilling as DFS is comprehensive plan which is supposed to have all mine details and plans. DFS next week is BS with capital B

Just name me one JV partner, ask any longtermer he will tell you that GR is a serial bullshi**er , quite a few people were sucked in on similar promises years ago and them assets were proven to be worthless as he could not do anything with them.Since he has diluted existing shareholders heavily through non-stop placings and death spiral financing arrangements.

"Jv" we have been waiting for these Jvs for years look at prem other assets similar claims were made about them .7 years on and they are still there . GR has offloaded multiple placings since then.

EPO means that prem has exclusive exploration rights in that area for three years, however to prove up resources it has to carry out a drilling program and construct a mine.Where would money come from to carry out both of these activities.

Like previous three or four assets. Problem with GR then was that he was good at buying assets but could not bring them to production and they were worthless because of that. Them assets were supposed to be a money spinner but guess what financed this company over the course of 10 years....! non-stop placings.

Brilliant, I guess next step would be proving up resources through drilling , that should take time and money and if it proves to be comercially viable then next step would be constructing a mine.However all these steps need a lot of money and time.But hang on, is premier not sitting on similar assets which it has held for years and GR made similar claims about them 7 years ago.

But where will the money come from to carry out this drilling and bring this mine to the production.Look at Gr's history he boght too many assets but could not bring them to production and later on we found out that it was a hoax to fleece private investors. This share was trading at 4p at one point and due to GR and non-stop placings it fell to 0.04 that is more than 90% dilution.This Epo bs is same, dont fall for it.

Well if you go through today trades, you will see some matching trades, coindidence...? No, it has been going on for two three months. Pattern is simple certain twitter handles start banging on about "major contracts" we see an increase in volume share price goes up and then we see heavy selling, rinse and repeat. These sort of practises only work couple of times and tend to be highly damaging for share price.

Well, if you are following this share then you will notice that this is being "pumped & dumped" for 5/10% and it has happened quite a few times to be a coincidence.Either you have not noticed it or you are talking "claptrap".

Whole thing was done to let a few out and now speculative money that has moved in would try to exit today or tomorrow driving the price even lower!

Dont get caught people let them sell these shares to eachother .

Usual suspects are getting involved in this "p&d" too , look like we will hit 3.5 p sooner than I thought.
