Gobind Sahney, Executive Chairman of Alpha, commented:
"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Danny. He brings a wealth of experience and industry relationships to the team having traded over $8 billion worth of life settlement policies through his career. His reputation and relationships in the industry provides Alpha with the ability to execute its business plan in an efficient manner and scale with the mandates under consideration."
So we know from the above that mandates (plural) are under consideration.GS also mentions that DS has been brought in for his efficiency and expertise with scale (indicates large). This may tie-in with the hoped for £150m & £100m contracts rumoured.I read on here that we would get 2% initially (is that true?) plus recurring revenues. That would give us £5m straight away.We could then start thinking about P/E ratios and a very conservative ratio of 10 would give us a m/c of around £50m (47p per share). If, as rumoured again (lots of rumours lol),ALGW have turned down an Institutional offer of money it would indicate that contracts are very close to being signed.
Max-a trade of 500k represents 0.47% of the company.Your earlier post is a bit confusing.NOI.
