Positive side
They are working and things are smooth as of now. No mention of any surprise. Business is running fine.
Negative
No conclusions and everything is in the air
no new contracts for a little while.
company is running to get cash rather than new business right now.
Date on which issuer notified (DD/MM/YYYY): 01/12/2023
Soon a new rns will drop with plenty of dilution etc.
Shroders probably knew the inside story already and jumped the boat.
Purely my opinion.

Mr de Brunner has significant board, management, investment and advisory experience gained over 20 years across a range of companies. Recent appointments include The Trafford
Centre Limited, McLaren Group Limited and London Southend Airport Limited amongst others
London southend I think was linked to esken group. Status of that share is very much down as well.
Babylon can be seen dying..
In my opinion following possibilities can happen
1. PFC is taken over by a big giant
2. PFC manages to sell its Business in some areas(India/Saudia/IRAQ etc)
3. PFC Sells some core business(Asset Solutions/E&C)
4. Dilution
These options are best to worse in my opinion for shareholders.
Also I doubt if they will get any major contract now unless they manage finances.
I am going through the profile of aidan-de-brunner
https://www.marketscreener.com/business-leaders/aidan-de-brunner-0CT4WP-E/biography/
This man is not impressive by the looks of the companies he is linked to.
Evanescent I have been invested here for quite a few years and dont see any div in near future. Not atleast 2024/mid25.
Div are no guarantee of share price now a days. (i.e. Vodafone)
Look at national express it was paying div but shre price in 80s and when it stopped paying those divs now in 60s.
The way PFC is going down everyday, only a takeover could save my investment it seems.
Company is dead quiet. No news from any mutual fund selling/buying this. After energy companies(BP/shell) making top margins you would expect contractors to follow the same route. Even WG. is not doing great but this one is worse.
