Rns states the following:

Application has been made for the 31,944,443 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and trading in the Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2020.

Cant get more clear than that.

Is placing at 10p a share? That's what the RNS states, where is the 18p coming from?

Wouldn't surprise me if Zaza has already done a back hand deal with gg, hence why it would explain why his son wasnt invested and why his son has a company set up.

Need Zaza to come out and give a statement now, the twinkle in his eyes was just saying basically saying i am going to screw all of you investors!

I know many on here will be worried about the current situation. With uncertainty about work, self employed people left hung to dry and PAYE workers worried about being made redundant, I really do pray that we can come out of this and I just want to wish every one the best and hope you and your families are safe.

It doesn't help with the situation when you have a lot of money tied in a company which hasn't communicated with us for over a year. I really hope that we come out of this arbitration with positive news and that Zaza has not forgotten about us.

Hopefully its not long to go until we hear something, hang in there and remain positive. Also want to thank the many researchers on this board, won't single anyone out. Your posts are very appreciated and have kept us all going over the past years.
