Yes they are slowly buying TCM shares up at a relatively low price and coupled with Oozi Cats shareholding should he decide to Sell are starting to acquire significant volume for someone if combined to mount a formal takeover bid. Although purchased a few more shares Monday will be smashing piggy bank open tonight and going through pockets for loose change to buy a few more tomorrow, average at the moment about 158p, can see this one going back well over 200p IMO.

Have topped up this morning at 175p can see it finishing the day higher.

Sorry don't get confused was not referring to Selling but actually a price to Buy In, Yorkshireman had set 38p as an entry point, I think it may go lower, but longer term looks promising that it will recover well above todays price, whatever decide to Buy In at.

Think if there is much selling today it could go below your buy in today, personally can see mid 30/s on this stock although the director buy in was a positive sign if only a small volume.

If you don't call Run Liang Tai acquiring 12.21% of the company in a few short weeks BUYER INTERST then I am not sure what is, and I don't think they have stopped buying for a second,

Should also have said understand HEX314 comments have made similar myself in the past as the share price was falling from the dizzy heights of 300p plus, but still consider a company even at the lower forecast of $400 million turnover with over 10% EBTDA a target at these levels.

Yes been in this one since 2013 but originally sold out at 320p, them watched it fall almost to 100p, with Moniman referring to me as a Troll as did not go straight back in. Have played it again from 148p to 199p then sold out, but have subsequently purchased back in at 184,5p purely because of Run Liang Tai interest as think TCM will become a target. Probably a bottom draw lock away until something brews now IMO. Good to see your interest again Moniman and well done on your last trade and GLA to all.

Yep as I thought they have increased their holding further and now hold 12.21% becoming a very strong player in this share. Must consider offers significant potential even as an ordinary investment but possibly have another end game.

Whilst I have said before I do not believe TCM is a share for the faint hearted and volatility is to be expected and yes does have some risk, could not agree more offers good opportunity longer term. With a number of substantial transactions yesterday IMO |Run Liang Tai are still active in the market place and building up a sizeable holding in the business and with shares held by Oozi Cats offers an excellent springboard together for any potential bidder for the company in the future should a deal be struck. Investing is always a risk but personally believe over the next 12 months the SP will be higher but we will have lots of UPS and DOWNS. DYOR & GLA

Hopefully as indicated last month we will get an update on trading statement by end the of September, but with Chinese interest no doubt still ongoing can see TCM exceeding �2 again shortly anyway IMO.

Whilst expect a recovery at some stage not convinced it will ne this week, can still see this one drifting lower especially with sells registering below 40p but hopefully will start to see some recovery in October.

Broadly in line with expectations with Revenue and Other Income together in excess of £100 million and bottom line before exchange variances near breakeven. No real surprises in trading update as said before the real growth will come over the next few years, but nice to see making positive progress. I do however, think given current Crude prices and entering the winter months as demand increases the SP is well undervalued especially with DELEK in the background. IMO only a short time before this is trading above £1. GLA.

After the dramatic fall last week and no real bounce can see the SP drifting lower IMO, looks like it will take a while to recover.

Yes sold Friday at 199p and purchased back this morning on the low, was waiting for trading statement but with our Chinese buyer pouncing again don't think it will go much lower. Have done it many times going IN and OUT or vice a versa but can assure you don't always get it right. GLA

Just purchased back into TCM, having played the correction, in my opinion as I have said before can see this one going back towards £3, and managed to reduce my average price by15p.

Probably to early but decided on Friday when passed £2 level to SELL and bank 30% profit and sit on the side lines waiting for the next trading statement. Still think longer term this is going back towards £3 mark but can see a correction first, and really want to see a bit more comfort in a trading statement promised now. GLA.

With the Hong Kong investment company increasing its share holding further this one IMO opinion is getting more and more interesting and given Mr Cats still holds over 16 million shares we now have several blocks of shares which could be attractive to any potential bidder, I think this is the purrrrrfect time to add a few more to my holding. Was originally looking for £2 as a possible short term sell point, but now consider Tellit offers an increased potential for the future for a full recovery back above £3 per share.

Out on business yesterday so only just got around to reading Interim results this morning, as I feared only just holding its head above water and no likely significant improvement until 2018, at least the share price static. IMO time to sell and use the cash for investment elsewhere and probably look at this one again early next year. DYOR & GLA
