Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 20 May 2021, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,672 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 594 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 306,668 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
