I completely agree with papaduke, it is well past time the company took steps to do something about the dreadful illiquidity of the stock. CH told us the Auctus were being employed months ago to help remedy that defect. So far they have achieved nothing. We still have just one Institutional investor.

Algylerich, thanks for your 15.10 post relation to the pipe lines. I know now it is not available but I would very much like to see clarification from the company for the completion and usage for the two main pipelines. But I expect that that will now have to wait for the postponed Webinar.
Srdoddy, the stated 22M share trade you saw on Yahoo seems well wide of the mark. As The Chain remarks such a trade ""would send us flying."

I believe they are allowed limited venting while a trial is being carried out. Does anyone have reliable information for when a 16-2 suitable pipeline will be available ? Are we solely dependent upon Dominion for that?

Papaduke, Malcy's been very selective about his comparison point. We are 22% down on the SP of this time last year! I agree with all the comments in your post and I'm looking forward to having news of a mega start to production from 16-2 within the next couple of weeks. That, plus good news from the latest drill, should drive the SP forward.

I have been invested in Zephy for a long time and I hope that this turnup in the SP is the prelude to better days than many I've experienced in the past year here. I have a lot of dosh invested and I began with the intention of gaining £1M profit from that investment before I consider selling. I'm fairly close to that objective now but I need an sp fillip which I think will occur quite soon.
So for all the unenlightened posters here I say. Be glad. I don't think there will be many posters who will do what I'm attempting to do

I'll just comment on a few remarks. One is for V111JAS's post. I posted this before so I can repeat it . I bought 7,123,000 shares in ZPHR one day ,in one trade, and I still own every one of them. I also have lots more. My critical interest in this company is because of the large amount I have innvested here.
Read SCEAUX's 16.31 post which details CH's commentary on the work "to facilitate and equip the export and sale of the hydrocarbons produces".

Lack of faith in a company which produced oil from the Paradox Baisin over a year ago and which as yet has hardly a saleable gallon from that source. And which has done nothing to popularise the share to US II's, despite that they said they would do just that.
I'm glad I bought in when it was cheap !.
If we had been told the truth from the start,( that they couldn't pump Paradox oil), we could all have left at 7P. Slippery monkeys here!
As for Malcy's latest opinion. Well a yes man is a yes man!!

Up and then down again. Auctus employed to no purpose it seems. Panmure Gordon looking ineffective, no US institutional buyers, just one UK institutional investor (Tyndall), the webinar delayed for another month, and the SP speaks of minor traders being able to skin the SP. Strong hints of a lack of investor confidence. Let us see the oil which is now a year overdue. Good news creates good sentiment.

I don't think so .One 1m trade today! The rest are , more or less, small trades. And the MM's are enjoying themselves as they widen the spread and reduce the SP--yet again! If they would just get State 16-2 into production that might help matters. This yo-yoing has now become tedious after more than a year of it.

What's needed here is a declaration by the company that it is producing large quantities of oil from it's self drilled wells. That might encourage a new Institutional Investor,(as well as some interest from the US),which in turn should give real wings to the sp.

yes it's high time the company's brokers got down to making the stock more liquid which will accelerate any increase in the SP. Like you I am heavily invested here, and while I'm happy to see some advance I don't think daily trades of under 15m is going to do very much for liquidity or SP progress.The news is good so let's have some good broker action!

...now appears fairly clear to me. The company still hasn't produced oil from it's own drilling efforts. All it's production is from non op wells bought with money raised by one means or another. That certainly won't have impresssed interested institutional investors or larger private investors. Zephyr need to produce oil from State 16-2. in large quantities. That should unbloc the SP malaise.

You were ,(basically),right. The two 700k trades were just administrative actions. The buying of 4x350 shares would not have been reported in the way suggested. It was just someone having a **** take.

Why the almost static SP. And why the low number of trades. The questions I've been asking for months now. This has nothing to do with placing shares. Too insignificant. Some how there is,(and has been) , a lack of enthusiasm for the share.

Thebhoys....., and I too will be selling when we arrive at the price which achieves my already stated aim. Your own stated price will bring me close to that objective and I also think January looks likely.

Agree with all you say. I believe the Webinar will be a crucial turning point because the future will be detailed there and your comment about the prolific quality of 16-2 is really important.The linkage to Cane Creek/Paradox is vitally important ,as is the fact that 36-2 is fully funded.
