Could somebody explain me please, how did we get a fair market valuation of US$2.8 million for the KME Plant Hire Asset Portfolio. Who made such valuation of these assets, when this happened and how do we know that this is fair value? I know from my experience that to arrange official valuation of assets company like KME which has some equipments, trucks and so on takes a long time. Well then, how and when GR had arranged this valuation? I don’t get that really.
but im really not sure that he personally has ability and charisma to solve problem this grade
I promise in public that Im ready to forgive all poor management from GR for the last several years if he brings good news about RHA sign off alone
The SP is just 0.1 and we are full of optimism already, isnt it too naive behaviour for shareholders who suffered for years of waiting the last chance to take their money back
no news for ages already, George is quiet, what can I say, Christmas holiday is over and im not sure that he knows this
looks like nobody want to deal with GR, nobody trust his words and thats what share price is reflecting now
he is not the man from business world
GR goes quiet.......
no news for more then a month, i guess nothing important is on the table to share with shareholders
jessell, are you a real Prem investor? what is your average?
what is your confidence based on?
jessell, im glad that you spend your life time to read all my 11 posts even though you dont like them
we are all trying to make a forcast of the situation here, and unfortunately as long as prem share still below 0.2 , i have reason to be negative as thats my average and by the way im down 15 k
No news in 2019 yet, there are three projects we are waiting news about, RHA, Zulu, Circum and no any good development story on any of them, just many missed opportunities left behind, looks like it is a dead horse even though it’s hard to accept
I guess GR is just seat and waiting when he will recieve invitation from the minister to meet him, and who the hell know when will it happen
where is the f.... news?? I guess, no one wants to work with GR, even the government
my points were for a LTH's, as they all well underwater here and I think they need to know what a brilliant plan GR is carrying out in his head to get out from this mess. But the last things they need is to get some dissapointing unpredictable news from GR which will only left the feeling , what a he... is that supposed to mean
I would really appreciate if someone who go to Investment Show and meet GR, will send him a messege from me - what was a long term strategy for PREM all this years (let him explain) and how he judge his brilliant work as a manager to bring this strategy to the life, according to ugly result which we all look on at the moment.
my impression from GR as a PREM CEO for the last few years is that he has a great problem with proper risk assestment and risk management while he is making a decisions during running a company like PREM, a good company manager must have an ability to see consequences from his actions in many steps ahead and have a clear vision in his head what he is doing and why, moreover it must be easy for him to forward this vision to shareholders, esspesially if he is confident in his strategy. I must admit that it was never the case for GR, he alwause just following for today's circumstances and making a quick, risky and unpredictable decisions for everyone and then give ridiculous comments on it, with hope that shareholders take it as part of his great strategy which bring us all to prosperity and great success.
I can make a conclusion, by analising all GR's actions as a manager of PREM for the last few years that he doesnt have a clear strong strategy in his head of how to run and develope this company as a business and how to bring it to the point when PREM became profitable, there is no any clear vision from him as a manager, just hope for a miracle will happen everyday as so are we. I have only one question in this regard, if it is so obvious for me, as one of many shareholders, that GR will never bring a strong management to PREM without a strong strategy which his is not able to provide for many years and so be able to do a proper risk assestment before making any decisions, so why no other members of company's management team dont realise this simple stuff a years ago and step him down before the company lose its last chance to stand on the right track. I've tried to prove one more time the point which was discussed here many times that GR brings poor and unproffecional management to the company with strong starting position which had a great chance to became the greatest company on AIM, so how the rest of the company's management team let this happened???
Im following Prem for several years, and I suddenly realise that I still dont have a clear picture how PREM intend to make even 1 penny of profit relying on business plans which GR alwause suggested all these years, morever, now after years of hope for miracle, I dont even understand how today PREM business plan looks like, that is so unproffecional and irresponsible to shareholders
investors were mislead by published information from prem many times, take as an example official published news regarding sign off RHA deal by ZIM government whithin 48 hours, why it was neccessary to publish this news when finally it was just words, is thats how LSE work . How investors supposed to make right decisions when they dont have access to actual information
its time to know the truth, I feel like it will be another news from GR about delay and so on. Its his business model
no any news so far, feel like it can takes forever

is it possible to do something great in business with such a slow action
