I was considering investing, so I checked out their website (yesterday). I found myself genuinely interested in their products. So much so, I tried to create an account. But I couldn’t, because it didn’t work.
So I tried to get help creating an account via their online support-chat - who were useless. Twice I was fobbed off and then hung up on. So I took it to email support, who were very apologetic and equally useless.
Allowing potential customers to create an account - so they can buy things - is my tip for the new CEO.
