I think once all the cards are on the table, combined we will trade well north of 30p which would be still very undervalued.

We will have a fully funded lithium company and a very exciting junior gold exploration company. If my maths are correct (1+1=3)

I am also holding a few DGR shares which move normally in line with SOLG share price. IRR has hardly any effect on DGR, hence I wanted a bigger exposure in IRR. And of course good old Nick hasn't much to say here which I guess is a +.

Just swapped 40k SOLG for 40k IRR @ 22.30p.

I am very happy. Between 22/23p great buyong opportunity.

IRR will move harder than SOLG short term. 30p on the cards once demerger happens. Afterwards........

Vincent justed resigned from DGR. He wants to focus on demerger which will have his full attention. IRR will become his own mini DGR.

I won't be selling either. Once we split into 2 companies, the for sale sign for our Lithium project will be put up.

We might even divest our Iron Ore tenements and all of a sudden IRR becomes a cashed up gold exploration junior . What a rosy outlook....

Thanks for those replies. My rant had more to do with frustration. Comparing the gold/silver/copper price with the prices used in the last MRE makes me wanna puke.

I have been in and out of SOLG since the lofty Solomon Gold days and have been reading those message boards. I have been holding DGR shares since those days as well and DGR is only double the price today when SOLG hit rock bottom @ 1p.

Anyway we can't change a thing. I always said, corporate action is needed and the sooner the better. I know everybody is talking about being only at the beginning of a commodity bull run.

I hope Nick won't let go of this once in a lifetime opportunity. GL

If copper, gold, silver, bhp and Rio is up and SOLG is down while trading within ~ 1/5p, then we all should realize that we are heavily manipulated. I am looking forward to the day when SOLG is released from prison.

Over in Canada they are happily paying above our closing price @ 30.85.

I just added 12k. I am very pleased with this CR. I like how the share price reacted and I think 20p will be a great support line TA wise.

I don't like what happed to Resolute Mining in Ghana yesterday.

I thought Ghana was one of the better jurisdictions in Africa. I hope this is an isolated case.

At this stage I would accept 60p for Alpala on its own. Keeping the other projects/companies and divest Alpala would give Solgold the chance to concentrate on what they do best, exploring.

Porvenir Hole 4 is probably a bit underwhelming. I had big Hope's for this hole. Anyway, below 30p SOLG is dirt cheap

What is the chance of splitting off the Lithium business from the gold projects and maybe do an in-specie distribution and then also change company name for the gold exploration business. Glad I have slowly swapped my SOLG shs into IRR over the last few days. The option calling was the trigger which sent the right signal to me.

Looking @ the gold, silver and gold prices today, we should have a strong move of the 32p mark.

But has SOLG followed any logic ever? SOLG is unfortunately in the hands of various players, who might or might not show their intentions soon. How great would it be to have fireworks around the SOLG share price today,tomorrow or New Years eve. GL
