Of course, the Indian Oil Refinery has a mandate within the T&C's, to be able tom engage in Mongolian Oil Exploration & Production investment and with Indian parties involved directly in the current Farm Out negotiations with Petro Matad.

Gadgie, re: S. Korea and accepting that was a visit to the Oil Refinery site and not Renewable related, S.Korea is significant as one of the main export markets considered for Renewable energy, along with China & Japan - India's involvement in Mongolia is Hydrocarbon focused only, at this stage.

Doc - I assume you're trying to elicit further information on the matter from me, suggesting you're more concerned than you'd like to admit. I don't make idle threats and have been quite thorough in this matter, involving long term collating of various evidence etc. I am in touch with both Mike and LSE, with the Nomad also involved. Re: Furry's points - In a NUTSHELL because no one really wants to have to re-0read streams of posts (mine included I suspect).

- The point made was that the 2026 Production Revenue hasn't been received, as it hasn't been RNS'd and it would be a legal requirement to do so - Reasonable assumption i believe.

- However, the same was said about the previous VAT refund due ie a seperate RNS was legally warranted. In fact, as per Petro Matad's usual way of doing things, it was bunched up as part of a larger Operational Update RNS (Feb 2026)

Conclusion: The Production Revenue may indeed already be in the coffers or it may not. Waiting for a separate RNS on the matter, may not be the way the Company's going to communicate the news - All we know from the May RNS was that it was "IMMINENT" ;)

Says the chap who was (completely) cleaned out at COPL, had his main SNG holding crash rom circa 250p to sub 1p before delisting & said MATD's land access would 'probably never be granted' - then says he's made a few quid back here & there. Is the 2026 Slaes Agreement signed & Production Revenue paid? - I don't know one way or another - I know resolution of the matter was "imminent", based on the official company RNS in May stating that.
