It doesn't mean anything at all. And of course people sell for a variety of reasons. Perhaps they needed the money or were putting it into something else. It's widely accepted that the S&P500 will always increase over the long term. It doesn't mean it's never sold. You're trying to extrapolate negativity from a random sale.

It's always going to be. There simply isn't that much to say, and in the spirit of "build it and they will come" having a message board enables and encourages people to post, even when there's nothing to say! However I do agree that PR posts enlightening thoughts and I appreciate reading them very much. Indeed, since I figured out the filter, the board feels a lot cleaner.

Yes... thus, you don't know what it was. It's an indication until you actually make the trade. If the indication is 2.43/2.46 and a trade goes through at 2.45 you have no idea whether that was a buy or sell
