The remaining work to be completed includes a review of working capital and finalisation of internal policy documentation.

Now perhaps Bob knew what was coming and implemented the potential for extra working capital. The raise being to dilute the aggressors.

If another investor or 3 come on-line, then all Boo would have achieved is to dilute themselves. Another crap business decision. Clueless

As a shareholder I share your concern and it seems at present you do not have the number of votes to repel the hostile takeover plans, which will surely occur in time.

I’m sure you are all going over the available defensive scenarios.

I do not think you should re-list until there is a clear plan. I’m hoping you are going to find perhaps 3-5 investors and raise enough capital to dilute Boohoo and their associates holdings.

Caveats on selling shares to be included, and spreading the risk of being back-stabbed by having multiple investors.

Would it be possible to gauge support by sending out a circular to shareholders to include their shareholding and voting preference. This may give a rough guide as to raise requirements. I think current shareholders would accept up to a 30% dilution, or more if a share buyback scheme were included.

Good luck, as unfortunately, it seems the writing is on the wall and the current shareholder book will not be enough defence I feel.

Hinting at a raise to dilute Boo’s holdings. Hopefully with caveats attached. I think you’ll get that and resubmission rns at the same time. Bob needs the votes. Maybe he should find out how many votes he’s got preemptively then he knows how much to raise to make sure.
