Interesting news today. Hopefully we will get an RNS soon to explain how the money will be used. I am thinking of new licences/aquisitions. MICA ?

We just need a positive catalyst to get the SP moving up again soon.

At the very least we will get an update at the end of July for end of Year results and an update.

I am sure a lot on here were surprised with the RNS today.

Hopefully the tide is turning and the future of GST will get better, The naysayers on here will be distant memory.

Over 100 posts on a Saturday. Has something really significant happened to warrant this volume of posts?

Hi encephalpathy - I did say Lloyd was one of the few and not the only one. There are others.I have been invested in GST since 2021 and hold just over 2 million shares .

I hope that GST brings you good fortune. I still think it has the potential to do well.

Nero -The worst one I remember was People Power on the Boohoo Board. He kept saying he bought in at around 30p years ago before Boohoo sp got really high(Sounds very convenient) and when it was around £3.50 or more ,he was saying Boohoo could be a 100 bagger from 30p. to £30. I was invested in Boohoo and got out with a 10% loss. People Power was spamming the board with 30 or more comments a day stating his agenda.

Boohoo (Debs)shares are currently showing as 22p.

Just a thought. Are there many people on these BBs honest? I would hasten to guess that over 90% on here have their own agenda and like to talk their own book. Sorry to be so cynical. I am invested in GST and I am being quiet and sitting tight . I would suggest Lloyd is one of the very few worth reading on here.

So this Chaebol who posts multiple times a day on this BB has an agenda. Would you adam and eve it ! thought everyone on this BB is honest and trustworthy. lol. My trust in people is shattered 😀.

I am still invested in GST and this year has bee frustrating to say the least. But to keep arguing with the same posters day in day is just plain stupid.

I really do think some of the people on these BBs ( not just GST ) have some form of a mental problem. Its as though they want to be validated for their existence. LSE are happy with this because they get income from every time people go on this site. I would recommend going out,visit friends and family rather than posting toxic comments and engaging with people who you will never meet in real life.I just do not get it.

7 weeks to go until Interims. Hope we get some positive updates before then. I think we have reached the bottom of the share price.

I still think GST is a promising share to invest in. I admit it has not been a good year to date. I sit patiently and not getting too influenced by the noise in here. Though there are a few good posters on here. Keep up the good work. GLA

This bb has its characters but its not as bad as some bbs. I was invested in Boohoo a few years ago. I got out of it at a 10 % loss. It went from £3.50 right down to its current value of £0.12. Lucky escape. There was a lot more arguing on there and people putting up endless aliases ,so it just became a complete joke. There was one character PeoplePower1 who kept on ramping up daily saying it was a multi bagger when the sp was around £3. I hope he sold out when he could lol.

I am still invested in GST for my sins and waiting to see the December interims. Fingers crossed.

I don't comment on the LSE BBs that often these days. It just seems that it is the same individuals on here each day bickering amongst each other. People repeating themselves and trying to score points. Its something that you do in the school playground. . I guess its more about people's own egos rather than investing. It just seems really odd to me. I think LSE know this and they get a lot of hits on their website and can generate income from the advertising on here.

I am still invested in GST and probably like most I am frustrated with how the Sp is performing. I am still hopeful that we will get some positive news . I will wait until we get the interim results. Onwards and upwards. GLA.

Leew I have worked in the Public and Private sector and have had dealt with auditors at year end. I worked at one organisation for a few years and I remember them having a change of Auditors and its not uncommon to change of Auditors. I assume acquiring Bake in January they would have to do a 3 month to Year end included. If there are changes to Financial regulations and reporting then may have meant more work involved and and could not finish the completion of year end and get it signed off on time . What I found interesting in the RNS was no mention of the delay being caused by Semnet arbitration. Anyway lets see.

Private and Public sector companies do change their auditors. It is not uncommon. So it is not something to worry about. Every auditor has different ways of working. For the yearend 2024/5 accounts additional audit procedures are required. That was the reason they have stated for the delay.

I am not expecting a long delay. 3 or 4 weeks at most.
