“Legal system getting it right in the end” is that strictly true?

What’s that I can see? Is it some light at the end of that very long tunnel?

It’s not dead it’s just resting. Very very deeply resting.

Nothing will happen with the share price (apart from downward) until there is an end in sight to these court cases. Just seems to be never ending.

Nothing to do with a rumoured takeover I would imagine.

A question for the genuine shareholders (trolls can ignore) what are we realistically hoping for in the new year? Botswana sale was mooted to be close a few months ago, nothing has materialised, surely this is unaffected by the court cases?

Do we think someone could be lined up for a jv/outright purchase of Zambia once the court cases are out the way?

I need an 8 fold increase to break even, if settle for half that if I’m honest. What are people’s expectations?

This has been quite a painful learning curve for me and it would be nice to put it behind me in the not too distant future.

Some ominous selling, not that it matters anymore really as the money is about 1/10 of what I put in and not worth worrying about now. Will there ever be an end to the silence coming from the board?

DT2004, I’m quoting something said by Charles Archer recently, who is supposedly knowledgeable about the company. He stated matter of factly that if Anglo pulled out of the deal, which he thought was unlikely, then $21m that was due to be spent would flow to Arc.

You missed the bit where it says the cash, $21m flows to arc.

What happened to AA being committed to spending $21m?

And if Anglo walks away, which is unlikely, this cash flows to Arc - and more than covers its market cap at present.

2 more 6 million transactions at the same time, would assume they were also buys.

Court case Tuesday, thought we’d have had some information before the week ended.

There looks to be some reasonable buys in there this morning, somebody must have some confidence that something (anything?) might happen soon.
