Hi legal, looking at my producers, all are up considerably on the month and much more over 3 months. Omi is down around 20% over three months and around evens over the month. Most of my aim explorers are down over the month.

Clearly cash goes in to producers when pog makes a move. Mine certainly does!

Omi will be mainly news driven. However there comes a point where things are priced in.

Obviously there is room for movement north as there is south but Omi is now trading in a range which is normal.

We are beyond the early stage fizz that we have seen with Wsbn, mila, cdl etc. they are good fun and great for trading but Omi now is close to establishing mre which is all good. It does give a baseline for rough valuation.

My point yesterday was to give comparison with projects that are similar now to where Omi Hope to be in a couple of years. In Mtl case they are less than a year from 100 k oz production but even so close to major production their sp has also stalled for the last 4 months. I say this to put in perspective that yes toll milling if it happens in a few years time is good but you cannot expect the speculation to push the sp until close to it becoming reality.

We are well funded now to progress our exploration and that hopefully is how we forward the share price.

This pin the tale on the donkey share price game is fairly pointless. You have the newbies trying to urge everyone to buy at 26 p with forecasts of 30s imminent. Clearly clueless ramping and then Stoneo who to be fair has called a couple of pullbacks correct but for some unknown reason couldn’t foresee 3 p t 25 p. For me best to judge the movements in tandem with news and react rather than make hopeful predictions either way.

Dr, back to your earlier post. Citing Wsbn, agree there sre obviously cases of sentiment driven pumps, generally in early stage explorers and particularly in bull market conditions. However they do have to justify it to hold a price as seen here 5 years or so ago. Wsbn spiked and have fallen back. So have most of the spikes explorers. Wsbn are yet to release their results . Pure speculation but when results are released it will either crash or rocket. I bought around .15 and sold a good portion around 1.2p but have re bought recently. It’s a gamble but I accept it is a gamble but currently very comfortably up.

In regards to collective, like Omi they have no mre but as I have said before , it is a very different project to ours . They are drilling massively for what Brad mentioned is soon going to be 10 m oz. They will then be going into a long process towards production that will involve a lot more dilution, pfs, bfs permits, mine design etc that will not be expensive snd time consuming often referred to as the orphan period. I have a nice holding in aris. It was a bit of a laggard until the last year. This y last year they have risen more than Omi or collective. Why because they are about to double production and are directly affected by the gold price.of course all will likely be affected by pog but it is producers that are first.

Absolutely further success in other projects or areas can make a significant difference. I choose to wait and see the outcome. Omi is in a much different position to just over a year ago and I am happy to add on dips. The sp is 10% lower than 3 months ago which to me says there is probably more opportunity to buy at present price or a bit lower

Over on Cnr pre sale, I was derided for giving 40-45 p estimate for likely sale with £1 plus being bandied . My estimate was pretty much spot on except some of it ended up being in iou form. You deffo can use comparisons for valuation but need to compare apples to apples. Mako is an uncanny comparison. I am all ears to know why it isn’t

Ggp was never a useful one for Omi. It is however for Wsbn being next door but it still remains to be seen if results are actually comparable there.

Anyhow, if either of us are to be believed we are both bags up here and not needing to dream of 50 baggers from here. Step at a time for me.

JBL, the crux of my original post was to explain why Omi are decently valued. Can you or anybody explain how you would expect Omi who are a number of years awayfrom production to be valued close to makos valuation who are actually producing the same ammount that is alluded to here in years from now. They are at least as high grade as we hope for here and similar jurisdiction!

Omi isn’t in production and are a long way from it yet so the idea that Omi could be valued anywhere close is simply silly. We have had the big re rate unfortunately for a lot of the rampy guys they missed it and have joined the party a year late.

Elton I have posted here for 5 years, have disagreed on many things with most here but been correct on a whole range of things. You , you have been here a few months and the sun total of your contributions is childlike ramping at 26 p telling everyone to load up 365 p tomorrow. You are barely deserving of a response but no doubt it will contain a host of little kiddie emojis .

Hi auln, I sent you a 1 trade , small trades generally imv are commission free trades . I often do a very small trade to see what the actual price is before buying. I also buy little and often because it costs nothing.although these BBs give the impression that most are extremely rich holders buying large ammounts the trades show that there are plenty of small investors and traders . These platforms have been great for encouraging people with limited funds to invest and not annoying at all as far as I am concerned.

All my kids have accounts with Freetrade.

El, interactive reducing their costs to compete. I use interactive for shares not covered by these platforms.

The other advantage with these platforms is that you can buy or sell fractional shares in us/canadian stocks.I have an isa with Freetrade. Mstr shares were around $1500 before a stock split that reduced their share price , however I could buy $1if I wanted.

Everything is heading to tokenisation and 24 hr trading like crypto. Robin Hood already trade some shares 24 hr. Cannot buy fractionals out of hours though. You will be able to trade your Mtl directly into another share or crypto etc in not too many years . Banks and markets are heading to the blockchain. Visa already runs on solana and will be accepting stablecoin transactions. Usdc is solana based stablecoins which is circle. I hold circle, it has taken a pounding but imv will be massive as crypto goes mainstream . Cathy wood seems to agree. Currently Down a fair bit there but things crypto move fast.

Mako , producing 40 k oz and expanding £400 m , Omi a couple of years at least from production . How close to mako current mcap do you think would be sensible. Maybe you think mako with v high grade production is worth less than Omi. Let’s have some method?

Anna, I have read broker notes for decades. They are paid for pr. aim is littered with laughable examples. You do realise that Omi pay for this service, yes?

Not to say that it isn’t useful but personally wouldn’t invest on the back of it.

JB, I have listened to every release. The previous raise was going to last way longer but they raised early . Not a bad thing at all. Because they have cash for over a year doesn’t mean they will wait til the last minute to raise. That’s the advantage of being now well funded and backed.

You note Mtl is funding la india fom cash so will go into production cash free but Omi will have to borrow perhaps 15 m. And your point is??

JBL, The number of shares is irrelevant . It is the mcap and percent increase. The m cap valuation is related to production and aisc not the number of shares.

JBL, Mtl are debt free , Omi will have to raise again around a years time and probably again after that before any likely production.

The valuation is on mcap irrespective of number of shares.

In theory Omi mcap should be worth equivalent of mako which is around £400 m WHEN they are producing 40k oz How many shares that will be in circulation at that point is moot!when they are producing 40 k oz.

If you think Omi is a big multibagger on the promise of 40 k production what’s the synopsis on the other two that are in production and in Mtl case looking at a massive increase in 1 year. I hold all 3 and am comfortably in profit in all 3, more so in Omi it has to be said .

Miss Robinson, I have given 2 very good comparison examples for research . One producing the same ammount as you Hope Omi will with at least as high grades and probably higher.

Another that will have low aisc and heading for 170 k oz production. You say don’t bother discussing.No don’t bother quantifying your ramping just parrot 50 bagger nonsense while you hope to re claim your mid 20 s buy in. 30s imminent wasn’t it?

Real research is not to be encouraged here. That’s why I was the only poster to work out cash burn last year snd forcast the two cash raises. That is very basic investing principles. Each to their own.

JBL, you still don’t take in to account production is still a long way off and fail to compare these projects.

JBL, but Omi are not producing anything are they? They do not even have an mre yet. My mako example agrees that 3-4 times makes sense When they produce 40 k oz production. Omi is a long way from that yet. Mtl sre 20 months from debt free 100-170k oz production.

JBL , it is about m cap, oz and production. Omi is close to quarter the m cap of both examples. Do you really think that Omi should be valued vlose to or higher than either ? If so explain how ?

Elton, you cannot correct me, well not until 18 months time. Castro stated 2-3 years. However as we have seen in the past Omi record on timescales has been naive as Brad admitted. He is a geologist.

There were predictions on here earlier in the year of production next year. Obviously ridiculous. Perhaps in the next q and a they can be pushed on timescales and the relevant stages to get to production. Also what mines are amenable to tolling and costs!

Castro clearly said 2-3 years and that is what I consider possible. If you listen fully you will also note the possibility of plans changing. So clocks ticking. 18 months from when rocket boy? Let’s set the clock. I have been here for over 5 years and will still be here in 18 months. You however have been here a couple of months.

Breaktwister. The obvious reason is that Omi is not a gold producer! Personally I buy or expand producers as pog heads north. Over at Mtl they have experienced the same for the last 5 months. Omi is down 10% over the last 3 months. They do produce gold but are funding building la India mine build. They are less than a year from 100 k oz plus increasing to around 170 k oz high grade $1000 aisc . Their m cap is around £400 m. Omi is well valued imo in comparison.

Also in Nicaragua is mako mining. They have one of the highest grade open pits on the planet. They have been producing 40 k oz for a number of years. Handily the same as is being forcast for Omi. They alsom have 2 other projects one of which is in USA . Mcap also around £400 m

Both examples are very good comparisons imv. And comparison is the best way to have a stab at valuation.

When I see the excitement here about a possible production 3 years away for 40 k oz I wonder what the same posters think about Mtl 170 k oz pa, no debt starting Nicaraguan production in 10 months time with their own processing facilities?? Relying on third parties in a country like Colombia could be troublesome and I imagine the plan may change as we go. If numbers increase around pepas a build will make sense perhaps with early stage tolling.

Personally, sub 20 p is decent buying here and looking to 30 p which is doable imv and a great return on 5 p.

The risk aspect here is in the rear view mirror and I have to say Brad has proved his mettle in getting to the point of sprott investing and serious cash raises so happy to run with it but will as always look for spikes to sell on and re buy. Bit like 26 p! Should be noted that Omi has had a serious re rate over the last 14 months and imv is trading in a fair value range.

Hi cf. agree, don’t see equinox selling nica assets. They are too cash productive compared to likely sale value but you never know. Chinese are gobbling up concessions currently so a producing mill with plenty of capacity could be tempting. I have increased in equinox and mako.

Aris is my best performer over this year in producers. Like equinox looking to raise production massively .

Karl, what I did do is state that 4.5 p wasn’t a good time to buy as there was an imminent deeply discounted raise coming which you all disagreed with . I then did my buying sub 3 p!

Karl perhaps you could pencil in how Omi will attain the same market cap as equinox, a soon to be 1 m oz producer or nearly twice aris mcap who have close to 20 m oz and soon to double production. Without even assuming dilution. It is laughable dreamland. But again I am all ears .

Dr, Like many I have bought sub 20 p and sub 19 p fairly recently which is around 30% discount to the rampers , fill your boots at 26 p 30s incoming. Share prices always fluctuate particularly in explorers for many reasons which is why it is good policy to take some out after a good rise. Timing is key and rarely is sitting on your hands forever wise. Obviously the long trip from 40 p down to 2 p illustrates that! Not that I am in a hurry to exit here.

Interestingly your mr durret is also into crypto. Unusual for a gold guy. Maybe he also bought Mstr at 16 p or Bitcoin at $5 k or less. Maybe he tipped cipher or iren earlier in the year. I havnt followed him so don’t know on that.

Perhaps you can explain how Omi will have a m cap the same as equinox with no further dilution or how it will be 10 times the m cap of mako?

One more thing. The word proven is not a good choice in mining. We are awaiting a maiden resource estimate. Proven or probable require a whole lot more drilling and studies and years.

Now it is possible to go to production without going to proven resource when you have high grade open cast which is what mako did and Omi are looking at. Cnr also stated this possibility as well as toll milling high grade feeder pits. They ended up going the full distance to bfs , surface rights purchase etc. in a sale scenario proven and probable ozs are valued many times higher than inferred .

This probably is not applicable to pepas but will be elsewhere.

Anyhow, 30 p upwards makes me very happy,no need for 60 bag dreamscape.

Rocket man, I bought Wsbn at .0015. I have traded them a number of times for more shares. I am still in there but it is a risk because no telling what results will be but still in the blue and happy to take the risk reward just like here. I expect a much bigger near term reward if results are good and back to buy in price if not good. I have no idea what to expect but not in the red as yet and like a gamble but only ever advise caution rather than overblown ramping!

60 bagger😂. That is a m cap around the size of equinox who will be producing 1 m oz fairly soon. And without dilution. I am all ears to hear how that is possible 👂
