Hey denby, do you still have your 1299 buying order? Oh, and if you don't mind me asking, how many PSN shares have you bought now?
I have some back at 1307.75 this morning. Seem a bit early, should have waited a bit longer, lol. 😁😁
"In 2024, Persimmon expects to use its GBP700 million revolving credit facility and to move from an average net cash position to an average net debt position. "
This is a big negative to me, and it's why the SP is marked down because of the poor update.
Thanks for reminding me Meconopsis. So, we may not see the same share movement this year ? Well, let's see what will happen on Monday then. Hope that the rebound will continue. Thanks again my friend.
Well, both LGEN and MNG started falling from this point last year. I don't know if the same movement will be repeated or not. If I want to sell, then I must do it now before the drop occurs, but I need to see what will happen on Monday morning first then decide. Enjoy your weekend mate and good luck to you.
Yes robleo mate, good evening. Missed the last chance (both LGEN and MNG). Now, the second chance seems near again, but will the upward movement carry on if I sell? So again, decisions, decisions, decisions. Hahaha
In fact the total dividends for 2022 was 19.37( 5.44 and 13.93). 2023 interim was 5.71, an increase of 6.8% from 2022's 5.44. If the forthcoming final dividend increases with the same percentage, then it will be about 14.877. So, the total for 2023 will be 20.587. Let's wait until early March to see am I right or not. 😁😁
I am waiting for my second chance to get out if it gets back up to the 230's again. I believe the chance of falling back to 200's after going ex-dividend is quite possible just like always.
Missed yesterday's low. Should have bought my shares back when it fell to below 1350's. Well, there's always next time.
It does seem that the road to recovery is a little bit bumpy here, but it will eventually go back to where it belongs one day. So, I wish all faithful holders the very best. Good luck to you all.
What causes this unstoppable fall to all the renewable shares? It seems that I haven't made a mistake for selling my GSF. I have also sold my HEIT last year when it fell to 115 from its peak 126. Now HEIT has fallen to just 33.65p, what a lucky escape!!😱😱😱
I sold last year when it fell to 115 from its peak 126. Now it has dropped to only 33.65! Oh my, this is terrible!😱😱😱
Lol christofer, last Friday at around 2pm PSN dropped from 1471 to 1446.5 suddenly. I wasn't joking.
Yes, the whole market went down all in a sudden. All shares fell off the cliff! For a second, I thought the WWIII has started, lol. 😂 😂 😂
But I have no idea what caused that.
Wow, are they money or number of shares?
5,000x4 = 20,000 of shares will be almost £300k worth!!😱😱😱
Indeed robleo, the world, oh and the stock markets have been unpredictable since the beginning. Waiting for the best exit price is always risky, but we are merely human beings. Greed is born within us, lol. 😂 😂 😂
And thanks for the suggestion Tambo.
Well, let's hope that we'll see a higher SP before the final results or before the ex-dividend date.
Have a good day both of you and everyone.
Also good luck everybody.🤞🤞🤞🤞
Good luck to you then.😁😁
Well denby, profit taking probably will push PSN down 2-3%, but dropping to 1322 seem not possible. Unless something nasty happens to the world. Otherwise, I think that short term, 1522 is more likely though.
Bdgm, not this time I am afraid.
But let's hope that it will start rising later of day.
Morning Krusty, lol yes, thought I have missed the boat, but here it is. GSF is back to where it was. Well, this is stock market. You can't take anything for granted, I am afraid.
I hope that you are keeping well my friend. Sorry for you are back to the old misery again. GSF's SP has fallen back so much. I hope this is only temporary, and it will bounce back up soon.
So, good luck to you and to all faithful holders here.🤞🤞🤞
Thanks to GSF that they have not put all their eggs in one basket, and that's reason why its SP is not falling as much as GRID and HEIT. The two have fallen 16.55% and 19.5% respectively.
This is caused by GRID's trading update.
They said: Given the recent difficult revenue environment, the Board has decided not to declare a dividend for Q4 2023.
So, it has seriously damaged the sector. GSF has also fallen to its all time low again, not just HEIT.
