Redundancies being announced today. Sometimes they can be a good thing - but is that 4 lots now in 7 years? And they have recently been recruiting! Beginning to wonder if I have invested in a poorly run company incapable of planning ahead well

All this good news might be reflected in the SP. We live in hope!

How buys can keep outstripping sells every day. Where are all these shares coming from (or being held)?

I think there is little doubt that oil will be found in some form - but, surely, it is far too early to tell if that is in a commercial form and to have that affect on Friday's SP surge?
