With Fast Track approval which OBI have states a decision is given within 60 days. If they were to submit in Q4 then a decision should be given at some point in Q1 2027.

As they have that amount of time to scale up production allowing for rollout then I’m not sure where you get 12-18 months from ? The results should be in by the 19th June latest if they are sticking to the results being in by Spring 2026. If positive, then they sure won’t be hanging around to start the FDA process as time is money. DYOR

It’s binary isn’t it, everything depends on the results.If the phase 3 trial results are successful then the submission may take longer than expected but with approval OBI are teamed up with HCA Healthcare so there could be a ready made revenue stream. This makes a huge difference as they won’t be pushing Steriwave around hospitals looking for adoption.

I think investors always knew that the results would show an increase in spending, it’s obvious because of the investment in the trial . This as we know is all about the Lantern phase 3 trial results. Spring ends on June 20th so it’s a waiting game until then .

Could be an error though we shall see if they have been filling orders.

Interesting that it took 40 minutes to update OBI price today. When looking at OBI on Yahoo finance it showed over 3 million shares traded and then went back to zero.

We shall see if these come through at the end of the day as has been happening lately.

The disconnect is time, years until SML extract anything from the ground after successfully being able to get over all hurdles en route to production.

Got to be a good sign that Pentwater increased their holding in OBI. As well as the US trial results incoming we also await trial results from various different countries as well. Exciting times imo .

A quick and easy fundraise by the look of it which relays confidence imo. Looking forward to the trial results and then full steam ahead to the FDA stage.

If you check on Yahoo finance under SML will show you 44 million traded so far today. It doesn’t give you a breakdown of buy v sell but shows that this board doesn’t give you a comprehensive update.
