As reported by the media the rare earth deal between Ukraine and the US that it will be at least a decade before anything comes out of the ground. Compared to where Cornish is it puts it into perspective how close Cusn are providing everything goes to plan.

Don’t think Gold can ever be considered a distraction. I’d see it as a bonus regardless of how little there maybe there.

The market cap hasn’t moved for a week

So if £122k of shares were sold today and £26k bought how come the SP hasn’t shifted ??

Previously with this margin it would have taken the price down to 6p !!! Don’t understand

I find it strange that where the market cap of the company changes daily it has remained the same for a little while now. Also on the TSX exchange it shows that the last trade was 29th January. Anyone have an ideas why ?

Hi Gingy, I suppose we will never know how many existing shareholders missed out on the offer and of those how many would have bought more.

It is still only just over a third of what the brokers / analysts value it at 21-22p. You would like to think that with the recent positive news that there should be a steady move northwards as Cusn tick off more milestones.

Absolutely being held back until retail offer filled imo. The buys coming through are having no impact on the SP . This volume although still relatively small was moving the SP in previous months.

It also says that confirmation of how many shares you will be allocated and be sent once the results have been announced on Monday 3rd February.

The retail offer is capped at £3m meaning that if the total value of applications received by the issuer exceeds this figure , a scaling back policy is likely to be applied.

On my HL notification it says that applications are due to close at 3pm on Friday 31st January at 3pm.

It also due to the nature of fundraising applications can close at any time and without prior warning .
