Mmm.I bought in at 10p for AFC.As you say that closed at 9.13 today!.AFC new share issue is Friday.

Helium one new share issue is Monday.Id think it was very unlikely that any further information in terms of business development will spring forth before the Shares are issued.Perhaps Ill by-pass the 54p offer and see where we are ahead of cop on Friday.

Interactive Investor have jist launched the retail offer.

No real idea but i doubt they will limit your supply.Expect youll be at liberty to buy what you want,or at least put in for it.The new shares will likely sit alongside your current shares on your platform until the share issue day so youll know how much youve got in monetary terms.

Quite understandably we're all raw from the recent halving of the SP and are frustrated by the longer than anticipated wait for progress.It seemed imminent with the SP at 18 and as far away as ever with an SP of 9. we' ve all seen any profit melt away. My own figures are the worst theyve ever been right now. Imo this isnt an IF it's a WHEN. Maybe when the SP recovers, to 15 we ll all feel slightly better?

Agree.We may have a wait to discover the new jda and of course,6 months or more before the s& p500 partner is announced.That will presumably tie in with a lot of further information re plans & progress as things must be taking shape before any announcement.Institutional investment is key.They,aswell as PI's will be waiting.The oversubscription of the institutional raise is promising though.Could be a quiet a few months ahead before we start to accelerate.JW has said 2026.

Personally i've never felt more confident in a CEO or the prospects of the company he is leading.JW ,imo, is an absolute gift to AFC and it's shareholders.He has strategy,integrity,a good team around him and foresight.He s put his own money where his mouth is and talks straight.Im not surprised he gets testy when people ask dumb questions.He has SO much great news to share with shareholders..why would he want to spend time on pointless whingers?

Why are you so hung up on the Humberside news with ref to AFC? Do you not think that this is likely posturing from Air products to give the govtmnt an incentive to pull their fingers out? I personally think our new partner is Air Products.Like all os us, i hope we dont have long to wait to find out.Surely if AP did pull out of Humberside,theyd find somewhere else in Europe?? Its our cracker they need..its better than their own?
