Bit flat considering todays news and what's to come?

The company's April 2026 update noted that the initial findings remain preliminary. They are currently focused on dose escalation .Pehaps they've stopped focusing their news on the low-dose safety cohort once they’ve cleared that hurdle and moved to the therapeutic doses?.

​We should be realistic about the patient population. These are patients with Relapsed/Refractory AML

​In Phase I trials, the goal is safety, not necessarily a cure. If a patient were to pass away due to their underlying disease (rather than the drug itself), the company isn't always required to issue an immediate RNS unless it constitutes a Serious Adverse Event (SAE) that changes the safety profile of the drug.

Even though patients are anonymised in trials, the original three are a tiny group. In a trial this small, confirming the status of a specific individual(especially if one has had a negative outcome) can inadvertently lead to their identification.

​If a patient or their family explicitly asked for privacy, the company would be legally and ethically bound to respect that, even if shareholders are clamoring for info.

​The Mello 2026 event starts Wednesday. Perhaps the market is betting heavily that the FAT 3 Pass RNS is dropping tomorrow to set the stage for that event.Historically the Company favours RNS on Tues/ Thurs...and its deffo dropping at some point in the next 10 days! but what do i know.?

If they dropped that at 7:00 AM on a Tuesday, retail investors might see the word "dilution" or "new shares" and panic-sell before reading the rest of the document.

​ By releasing it after the market closed, the company gave the market the entire weekend to realize that the 8% to 16% dilution is actually a massive win because it buys a 60% uplift in resources. It forces the market to be rational rather than reactive.

​The board knew they were negotiating to buy out their partners (PALM and JFM).

​They cannot release the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE)while they have an unannounced deal sitting on the table. That would be a breach of market abuse regulations.

​By "clearing the decks" late on Friday, they have officially put that deal into the public domain. The path is now legally clear for them to drop the MRE results as early as this coming week.?

....and over 50% of those are held by retail investors,not institutions.

​ This means they should spend less per month so the £2.5 million stretches further than it would have under the old cost structure...as we have said.

Unhappily had a stop loss kick in for some of my shares though happily therefore made some profit.

What will tomorrow bring? I would anticipate some recovery.
