Pleased, significant progress, anticipate support for Leap's growth.
Fee of 10000 Euros paid by Leap though!
IMG didn't want to offer much for the majority either. Bad Ed, bad.
Ed McDermott, CEO of SEED, commented: "We are pleased to be able to further support Leap, one of our long term and largest investments, at a time in which we believe there is significant progress being made operationally. Following the milestone award of the content supply license by the UKGC to Leap, and most recently a license to enter into the Lithuanian market, we anticipate support for Leap's growth and we will work with the board of Leap towards a liquidity event over the coming months."
That's quite odd on so little volume. Buy in the background?
Tiny volumes, good uplift on a few trades. Shows what will happen with some good news.
Hopefully the local team will be all over that! So many links to Bleepa.
I received a quick response to my email from Ed.
He states:
This is being managed and we have to provide them with the updated KIID document and this is being updated. It will be provided to them.
Most platforms work from the previous years document. It’s actually really only geared towards significantly sized funds that are yield based so it’s not apt for Seed.
Nevertheless we are working on this but it takes a while and currently HL are one of a very small number of platforms requiring this.
To manage expectations it will be a few weeks until it has worked through their system.
Good to know.
