So yet again tonight we have another new poster turn up who has never posted before and obviously only has one interest, my guess is that they are either shorting or want to get in cheaper. We all know that the company and more importantly our Nomad have done in-depth due diligence, that’s why it took them so long, and were happy to employ both!!

Absolutely NOTHING, they are not the ones making the decision, so for me nothing has changed, apart from the fact, that it does feel encouraging that all these new posters want to be part of the GCM ride!

Jeezzzz they have both been through the DD process, do you honestly believe that our Nomads would have passed them and given them the jobs if there was anything that GCM should have been worried about....

Something tells me that more and more games are being played here because of the fact that people are either latching on to the fact of how the SP moves, OR the fact of how big this project really has the potential to be, should the green light be given!!!

For me, there may be nothing to get excited about in her speech,

BUT at least she did not say as before, that she was saving the countries resources for "Future Generations", so for if for nothing else, the fact she did not mention that, this speech to me is very positive......

While the SP is being played with, and imo orders being filled I thought that I’d take a very quick look to find out a little bit more about Paul Shackleton and Charlie Green… it really has been a very quick look, but after a very small amount of research, I am under no illusion to the quality of the two appointments made today, and also the fact that we may very possibly have more news to follow with future appointments in due course because Paul Shackleton has been employed as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, but will serve as acting Chairman only, so who in time will be given the permanent position of Chairman?

From the RNS, “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in transactions, fund raising, Corporate Governance and Regulation.” So at least we also know that as shareholders hopefully our interests will be thought of, and that he is obviously going to be a big help to Keith Fulton and going forward we will be well placed to sort out all the massive projects that are going to be organised…..

It seems from other links, that Paul has a wealth of experience in many areas, and moving forward if we do get the green light, or thinking negatively a takeover situation, I am sure he is the man to be dealing with financial side as well as some of the AIM legals.

Charlie Green….

With regards to Charlie Green, I need to do more research, but he obviously could also be a big help to Keith Fulton as well, but what I did find interesting was about his history as a CORPORATE HEAD-HUNTER…

I guess by employing Charlie, the company are setting themselves up ready to look forward and thinking about all the top people that they are hopefully going to need to employ in the very near future…..

This article is about gas, but it still highlights the issues the country has with importing all fuels …

“The government has projected the daily demand for electricity in the upcoming peak season at 17,800MW, but meeting this will be a big challenge amid the ongoing dollar crisis as expensive fuel has to be imported to generate this huge amount of power.

According to the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), the projected daily demand for irrigation alone is 2,590MW in April and 2,590MW in May. It was 347MW in January, 865MW in February, and 1,949MW in March.

On the other hand, Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) forecast the daily demand at 9,500MW in the peak season.

BPDB recorded the highest power generation at 15,648MW on April 19 last year.

Currently, the fuel crisis is resulting in a power generation shortage of about 5,000MW. The government is unable to import fuel as per the requirement as it does not have adequate funds.

“State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resource Nasrul Hamid told The Daily Messenger, “Arranging money to ensure a smooth supply of primary fuel to power plants is a major challenge. But we hope we will be able to arrange the required funds.”
